i do not use the top flat silverware tray with this DW. I have the top rack raised as high as it will go and it still will not accomodate a spatter screen lid on the bottom rack--it interferes with the spray bar. Gets dishes clean on "normal" setting. Overall, i like it.

I wanted the bosch but it was installed improperly and never worked. I think that was fortunate because I love my Kitchenaid. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes but I understand that is the new norm.

Works beautifully, but the racks are strange. Plates and bowls do not nestle into any spot and roll around every time you slide the rack to add a dish.

After straightening out the mix up in color and delivery. The gentlemen that did the installation where wonderful and kind.

I have very mixed emotions in writing this review. The purchase, delivery, and dishwasher were a 5 Star experience. The installer, however, though he turned out to be a nice enough guy, shows up with a T Shirt imprinted with “Violent Gentlemen” on both sides. Huh? My wife initially answered the door on his arrival, and immediately became very concerned. I arrived to escort this person to the dishwasher for installation, but could not help thinking what this person was communicating. I rate the installation experience 1 star for his mode of dress. What gave him the impression that this T shirt was appropriate for an in-home visit??

Ordering was very simple. Picking it up. The workers at the Avon store were very accommodating and very good. Installation was a breeze. Everything was there.

The dishwasher it self is great. Your scheduling for installation needs to be improved. The man who installed it was fantastic but the scheduling was not good. He installed the machine around 9 PM.

This is a good dishwasher. The problem I have is the factory support. Mine makes a pulsating noise. The factory sends you to a website of normal noises! They don't seem willing to actually talk to you on the phone. The noise I have is not on the list of normal noises. Seems like the factory does not care about the people that buy their product.

The dishwasher is working great. I love the black finish that coordinates with my other black appliances.

It would have been nice if the dishwasher came with the appliance cord or at least said that it was not included.

Dishwasher works great. Unfortunately you team that installed it did not do a good job. Within two weeks the hose from the dishwasher came unattached and water was leaking all over. I had to spend more money to call in a plumber for fox your installation problem

Seems to low to the floor! it was a replacement but seems very low to all of us.
