I have the top rack raised as high as it will go and it still will not accomodate a spatter screen lid on the bottom rack--it interferes with the spray bar. Gets dishes clean on "normal" setting. Overall, i like it.

The purchase, delivery, and dishwasher were a 5 Star experience. The installer, however, though he turned out to be a nice enough guy, shows up with a T Shirt imprinted with “Violent Gentlemen” on both sides. Huh? My wife initially answered the door on his arrival, and immediately became very concerned. I arrived to escort this person to the dishwasher for installation, but could not help thinking what this person was communicating. I rate the installation experience 1 star for his mode of dress. What gave him the impression that this T shirt was appropriate for an in-home visit??

Mine makes a pulsating noise. The factory sends you to a website of normal noises! They don't seem willing to actually talk to you on the phone. The noise I have is not on the list of normal noises. Seems like the factory does not care about the people that buy their product.

While it cleans the dishes, using a rinse aid, it leaves streaks in the drying process. The drying process is what I have the biggest problem with. Even though it has an "extended heat" feature, when the door is opened, there is still quite a bit of moisture on the stainless steel door. I am very unhappy with this product!

Unfortunately you team that installed it did not do a good job. Within two weeks the hose from the dishwasher came unattached and water was leaking all over. I had to spend more money to call in a plumber for fox your installation problem
