This dishwasher is so quiet that you don't even know it is on. It does an amazing job.

The dishwasher is nice and quiet. I believe it gets the dishes clean. We are having trouble using the top rack though. Sometimes we have more glasses than just what is on the outside two rows of the top rack and would like to use some of the middle rows but they do not seem very functional for anything we have put in them. We do like that it has the heat dry option and the dishes are dry, but there is lots of water left on the silverware holder and also water on the back wall of the dishwasher. I have to leave the door open so it will air out as we live in a very humid area where things that retain moisture are prone to mildew.
But the dishes do seem clean, which is the main thing.

It's just a basic solid dishwasher. It's a little loud at the beginning of a cycle, but it dries better than our previous LG dishwasher. It's a little pricy for an average dishwasher without all the bells/whistles but hoping it will last longer than those models.

We spent more for a good dishwasher , only to have the upper rack go off its track before I could use it the first time. The installer came back 2 days later and fixed it, hopefully.

This took the place of the same brand, rack setup, and tub size. Kitchen upgrade time! First, it’s quiet to where I don’t notice it running. It’s the silence after the shhhh. I really like how the bottom rack comes to a solid stop when rolled out. Top rack height adjustment is smooth.

I was so happy when the servicemen delivered my dishwasher and installed it a timely manner. Just my first wash told me I picked out the right dishwasher for us. The dishes were so clean they sparkled.

What a degration from the old machine that I sadly had to replace. I was expecting at least a one-for-one replacement and in fairness expected the quality and user-friendliness to have even further improved. Not at all the case. Looks like KitchenAid is moving backwards... Washing time is almost tripled (sad for energy and water consumption), the shelves are frustrating to use, as everything slams back, if you are not opening the door extra far. Ridiculous... Inside color is dark and not nice and smell does develop instantly when the machine is not in use. I do rinse all my dishes, cutlery, etc. and still. Weird and never happened before. The compartment for flatware is useless and I have no idea why design would ever go that way. Sad to see, but I am truly missing my old machine. Only plus is the great noise reduction. Congrats on that...

It has heated washing and drying. From my first experience with dishwashers that they didn’t clean the caked on stuff and we had to rest them before putting them into the dishwasher. But this one I don’t need the rest them it cleans them very well. I am happy with this machine.

Works well, fairly quite, drying cycle leaves dishes somewhat wet and plastics very wet needing then to hand dry. This leaves us to spend extra time to hand dry the many plastic dishes we used. Recommend buying the the more expensive Kitchen Aid product KDTM404KPS for about $280. more. For the most part, this resolves the wet dish issue.

So the interior is soaking wet after an express dry with heat dry cycle. Water keeps dripping from the top spray arm. Water spots on everything (and yes we use soft water and rinse agent like we always have for 25 years in this house.) Top rack set up does not hold bowls very well. Not well designed. Would not recommend this unit at all. Miss my old Whirlpool.

Excellent cleaning power. Dishes come out feeling new. Super clean and not streaky. We’re lucky enough to get on sale for about $750 (before taxes and install etc…) No need to get a “top of the line” washer for north of $1k.
