What a horrible customer experience with Best Buy! We purchased a dishwasher on January 26 2024 from our Vero Beach Best Buy. They couldn't deliver/install until Feb 6th. We wanted to take it with us to maybe speed up the process but were discouraged from doing so. I made numerous calls trying to get it sooner. I learned there are separate 3rd party teams now that handle delivery and install. Clever. Long awaited morning of delivery finally arrives. We get an 8 am call from a guy 30 mins away. Yay! Then he says, You do have the dishwasher there? No, I thought you were delivering it? No, I'm just install. The install had been scheduled for morning and the delivery of the actual dishwasher was afternoon! They say you have to reschedule install. The 2 young kids deliver dw without a box or wrapping or covering of any kind. Later we see there is dent and damage. Feb 8th. 2 more kids come to install. The drain hose was cracked and smashed in the store and they promised it would be replaced. Instal team knew nothing about it. But assured me it would be fine. When I said I don't want to end up with water on the kitchen floor, he said don't worry it will be behind the cabinet. You won't see it!@#! Now I'm back on the phone trying to get the part. Guess what? It's gonna take awhile and we have to reschedule! Asked her for the soonest stating we had waited so long already. She gave me a Feb 23rd date! Feb 23rd I think the guy is coming to install bringing new hose? Nope. He calls to say hes otw but knows nothing about the new hose! Omg! Says no need for him to come out then. This time he was from GSquad under repair appointment. Ive made so many calls trying to fix this issue. No one cares. No one is listening. Today is March 3rd My "brand new" dishwasher is still sitting in our living room where they dropped it on Feb 6th. A side note, I learned the dw was sent on a "road trip" right after we purchased it.they had a team pick it up and drive it to Plant City over 2 hrs away to sit in a wharehouse! I live 5 miles from the store!!! I'd been on the phone day and night trying desperately to get it here sooner! Everyone said they understand. Yeah right! Thanks a lot BB! I am unclear as to why I am being asked to provide a review for an item purchased, that at BEST won't be delivered until the second week of January 2023! Am I hopeful that it is a good machine? Yes- that it why we selected it - but we won't have ANY IDEA about the actual product until Best Buy delivers it and we have the chance to use it for a while- and while we were promised delivery of 11 JAN 2023 - with any luck - that date will actually BE the delivery date. We shall see!

Timely installation. Best Buy delivery was kind, professional, informative and cleaned up any mess he may have made.

Had to scramble at last minute as this is older home and found out the dishwasher first picked would not work. Only addec 2 weeks to find and install the correct one. In todays world not bad.

Love everything about this dishwasher except for the bottom rack layout. Dishes roll around when you shut the bottom rack.

I like the stainless steel interior - works well- fit the available space

We had a bad experience with ours. It wasn’t that quiet, the seal was bad and the door didn’t close correctly. The clip was broken. This came to us brand new. We decided to go to the step above model. We are happier with that one.

I love having a dishwasher again, and Blake, my sales person, worked with me in my budget to get what I wanted. Even though the delivery guys were super late and well past 8 o’clock installing it, I am glad to have it.

I am very happy with my new dishwasher which was delivered just in time for Thanksgiving Day!

It seems to work alright, but it’s so slow. I know there are regulations now, but this seems ridiculous. Even on the express setting. Other than that, it’s worked well though.
