Its missing a few festures that we expected this dishwasher to have. I even saw a video on the exact same dishwasher before we purchased that demonstrated the missing festures?

ABOUT DELIVERY OF PRODUCT: People who delivered dishwasher did not want to take the box out and show me dishwasher but wanted me to sign a disclaimer about receiving the product without any defects. they will also not remove and cardboard boxes or any other packaging material from my house, they left dishwasher along with cardboard boxes and all the packaging material at my home, my experience in getting this delivery was HORRIBLE. It is not fault of people who delivered this product. Fault lies with the third party hired by BEST BUY to deliver product, it is their instructions not to remove the packaging material, not to remove the box. WHY BEST EXPECTS A CUSTOMER TO REMOVE PACKAGING MATERIAL AND ALSO SIGN A DISCLAIMER THAT THE PRODUCT DELIVERED IS IN GREAT CONDITION, THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, NEXT TIME I WILL NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY BECAUSE OF THEIR POLICIES ON HOW PRODUCT SHOULD BE DELIVERED.

We install these in our new home constructions. So far they have be very dependable with no service issues.

It looks great and works well. I wished that it cleaned the tall drinking glasses a little better.

This is our second Kitchenaid dishwasher and the first one lasted over 10 years

Loving my new KitchenAid dishwasher! I was skeptical about the drying feature. It really does dry everything! I'm so happy!

Works great but I have not received my stove and microwave. I scheduled the microwave to be put in when the cabinet makers were here touching up so they could cut vent vent hole. Stil no microwave or stov that I purchased in May of 2023. I am writing this in October 2023. I have been lied to repeatedly and rescheduled without my knowledge. Latest lie date was October 2nd 2023, Where are my appliances I purchased?

Worked great for 6 months then died. Completely dead. This retails for around $800 and for it work only 6 months is ridiculous.

Do not buy from Best Buy and have their 3rd party deliver/install it. After installation my sink faucet wouldn’t work. It worked prior to them installing the dishwasher but according to Best Buy it wasn’t their fault. After having a plumber fix the sink at my cost, the dishwasher leaked water. The only option Best Buy gave me was a refund or I could buy another one. I chose the complete refund. The same company removed the dishwasher. It took several visits to the store to get the refund processed.

Everything that we need in a dishwasher, plus attractive finish.

Purchased online, easy to do. Set up delivery date and was called when they were close to our place.

Excellent replacement for our very old KitchenAid dishwasher.

The dishwasher leaked from the bottom right of the door because of a poorly installed front gasket. We were unable to get repair help from Kitchen Aid due to the automatically provided extended warranty given to members of Totaltech. Eventually, we exchanged the dishwasher for another of the same model.

The dishwasher was a great price at Best Buy. The salesperson was very helpful.
