This dishwasher is amazing....all cycles work like a dream! The window lights when the cycle is complete. Very quiet & looks amazing!!

I have waited to review this product for at least one year so I could give honest assessment. This dishwasher has been absolutely fantastic. Every dishwash load comes out Sparkling clean. This dishwasher is quiet and you barely notice it is running. If you are looking for the same results I have had utilize Finish Powerball Max in 1 Pods to include Finish RinseAid from Costco. We are a family of 4 that runs dishwasher daily so this dishwasher has been put to test. Yes the cycles are long but that is the case for all dishwashers these days. I also toss in an Afresh cleaning Pod once a month. If you are not using pods this is your first mistake. Under no circumstances should you ever use loose powder. Like many others I wish the light would stay on during wash cycle but the dishwasher works so well I could not even take a star off for that. I mean honestly how long was I expecting to watch the dishwasher clean dishes? I could understand if my wife watched “The View” I would have to resort to the lights in the dishwasher for entertainment but that’s not a problem in this household:).

This is the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I use the Prowash self sense mode and it cleans perfectly! I purchased from Best Buy and it was damaged upon delivery. There was no hassle in getting a replacement.

Kitchenaid has done it again. The design and style are impressive and the temperature controls are highly accurate.

We purchase the lg LGModel: LDP6797STSKU: 5714463 and a week later exchanged it for the kitchenaide,, the lg did not have heating unit, we are happy with the kitchenaide, the heating element was a big factor for us, I love the light, the machine is very quite, the wash light and clean light very nice, silverware basket nice with opening for ladles, when you shut the door it feels like it is well built unlike the lg. love the power scrub, all my dishes are clean, not the case with lg, doesn't have the smell because of the heating element, which dries the dishes unlike lg, love the food disposal, don't have to mess with cleaning the filter like on the lg, I wish it had the 3 rack like lg, but it is not as important as disposal and heating element. love my power jets on back wall of dishwasher, my old one had it and it was a must for us, so glad kithcenaide offered it. lg door panel seemed flimsy when closing or wiping stainless steel panel, not the case with the kitcheniade, feels like it is not a panel but part of the door, we are picky with our dishwasher and didn't think it would be difficult to replace our 10 year old dishwasher, but it was hard to find one power jets on back panel, heating element, disposal, light to notify you if it was washing or done, also, this one you can actually open it to put a forgotten dish and restart, the lg you cannot. love my dishwasher and so thankful it was so easy to exchange at BestBuy, they made it painless.

I had read a number of reviews before deciding on this unit. Admittedly, the design (window) appealed to me first as it looked great with my other appliances. It was pretty simple for the technician to install so, if you know what you are doing, it doesn't appear to be difficult to set-up yourself. The unit itself is not only stylish, but works great on cleaning all the dishes. It's very quiet and hardly noticeable when running. It does take a little while for a standard running and I haven't tried a number of the specialty settings. Overall, very pleased.

I love this dishwasher. You can't hear it running, almost silent. The capacity is great and cleans really well. Highly recommend, I matched these with Samsung stainless steel black and they look great.

We bought this unit as an open box and received a fantastic deal on it. The window is an extremely strange feature as you can't see in the washer when it is running. We bought this solely on the price and it was recommended by the salesman as a high performing washer. We have used it almost every day for 2 months. It cleans every dish, all the time. We have really challenged it with egg, dried jelly, etc. Always gets em clean! Pan scrubber works great. It is extremely quiet. When we first started using it we kept opening the door because we could not tell it was running.

We're really liking this dishwasher....incredibly quiet, even with the window. Our dishes are clean as a whistle each time. We don't rinse off our dishes prior to putting them in and they get clean. As others have noted, it's a big bummer that the interior LED lighting isn't able to be turned on while it's washing. What would be cool is LED lights that change color during washing...anyway, I really like the self cleaning filtering system too. Overall, we're very pleased with this dishwasher.

Our 12 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher had burnt out the electrical inside so we needed a new dishwasher. We saw this Kitchenaid as an open box item and compared to other dishwashers in the store. I thought the window was a bit unnecessary but I liked the other features so we chose this model. I really appreciate the inside lights and the reduced energy consumption. It is also very quiet and dishes come out very clean. It seems like I'm able to fit more dishes into this model as well. Sometimes dishes on the top rack don't get completely dry, but the Pro Dry setting seems to help.

This is the best idea ever! Put a window in a dishwasher so you don 't have to get steam in your face checking whether the cycle is complete. Also, it's beautiful!

Extremely quiet, cleans great, dries everything perfectly..a little hard to load effectively and wish it had a third rack but it works great. Very satisfied.

I'm so happy to get this dishwasher so quiet or so when I start to use this machine It was some smell but after use few months later smells gone

Never had a dishwasher work this well. Dishes are amazingly clean every time and it is so quiet I cannot tell it is running! Good thing we can see the dishes thru the window and the LED light that comes on when they are finished is very helpful.

This dishwasher is fabulous. Can hold many more dishes than my last one. Washes very well.

Good looking dishwasher, very quiet, like the window. Only complaint is that the light cannot be turned on during washing operation.

We were unsure about this dishwasher as it had a window in it. Why would you want a window in a dishwasher? I have no idea. So we tried it thinking it might be sort of cool to watch the dishes being cleaned. However the light is only on when the dishwasher is open and for a small time when they are clean. This was disappointing. Other than that it is extremely quiet.
