Not. Drain. Left dishes dirty unless using "pods" which the installer told us NOT to use. Nothing else get the dishes clean but pods. We have needed the item serviced 3x for not draining. Best Buy Geek Squad support is completely ridiculous. Currently on my 3rd hold time of "over 15 mins." Enough said? Do NOT purchase this product.

Disappointed in KitchenAid

We purchased this dishwasher in 2017 and we've had the repairman come out 4 times to make different repairs. We are glad we purchased the Protection Plan. I would not recommend this dishwasher. KitchenAid isn't the company we thought.

Circulation pump replacement costs $500 - half the cost of the appliance. It cleaned the dishes fairly well, but drying cycle was awful.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had an old Kenmore that looked nice but was really loud, it was over 6 years old and when we redid our kitchen I convinced my husband to get a new dishwasher. I looked around and decided on the Kitchenaid line we where looking at the stainless steel because thats what we had in our kitchen. When we went to best buy we found the one we wanted in the sales section of the store and it was in black stainless steel, I always like the way the blacked look but it normal coast more then stainless steel. So we got the black stainless steel and it looks amazing next to my grey cabinets. This dishwasher to soooooooo quite my toddler is a lite sleeper and I can run this dishwasher without waking him. I forget I even have it on its so quite. We installed the dishwasher ourselves and it was easy the directions where very clear. I been using this dish washer for about two weeks now and it works great my dishes are nice and clean even my wine glasses.

It looks horrible! We are trying to find a remedy for our issue. If it were not for this problem, I would give it 5 stars...but lets face it, who wants a bucket of rust.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is replacement number 2 and once again it seems the frame is bent and leaking in the same spot. really best buy this might be a quality control issue with your install guys. they close the door and hit drain cycle and leave during the drain cycle saying all is fine, so by the time they are gone its to late to show them. I am so disappointed with best buy and this issue. I feel like I'm in a bad dream with a never ending Cr@p dishwasher.
