Best dish washer I have ever owned..so quiet and works like a dream

This dishwasher has many nice features, but best thing about the dishwasher is how quiet it is. This purchase was to replace old dishwasher that was leaking and caused black mold in the kitchen. It was delivered on 3/28/2020 but was not installed until 4/24/2020 due to reconstruction of the kitchen.

The outside lights help me to know it’s on. I love that you can raise and lower the top compartment based on the height of your dishes or glass wear. I like the roller glides a lot for a smooth transition. The stainless steel tub will wear well too.

This kitchenaid dishwasher is the best. It has 3 racks, bottle washers, swirling water arms and even has a light to see all there is to see in there. The stainless steel tub is fabulous. The soap and rinse aid dispensers are easy to use. The silverware rack is roomy and holds a large amount. The middle shelf is height adjustable. Love, love, love this machine!

This thing works flawlessly. It’s a fantastic machine.

The outlook is fine. Noise is minor. However, it cannot dry after the cycle. I used pro dry + sani rinse, there is water left on shelves. Also water left at bottom. Before install, there is water drop in the machine.

After purchasing our "new" house, we looked at replacing current unit with a Kitchenaid. We could not be more satisfied. Controls are easy to use. Outside door has a heavy duty handle not seen on the competition. We chose black to stand out over the std SS. You pay a little more, but there is a reason.

The dishes achieve a nice consistent clean, however the stainless steel siding of the washer and all tuperware end the cycle w/ lots of moisture on them, regardless of dry cycle settings.

Excellent purchase, pricey but worth the cost. Cleans all kinds of conditions on dishes and silverware. Great to have the third cleaning shelf. The jets do a good cleaning job. Silverware rack has top that is slotted for individual items. We removed that to make it easier to load. Good purchase overall.

Really like the dishwasher insides and ability to clean. Only negative is that it shows fingerprints which it wasn't supposed to do.

Product does not live upto the marketing hype. Does not clean tough pots and pans, poor design of door, soap dispenser. Utensils difficult to fit And arrange inside.

I can’t say enough of the team in Atlanta of Yola Zamora and her team - Ray and Lalo. They did a fantastic job. I’d like this review to make it up the Best Buy management ranks. BTW, the dishwasher is great too.

The only thing that could make this better is the bottle jets but the price difference was not worth it.

A very good experience buying a new dishwasher and having it delivered and installed within 2 days. I also got a great buy on it (half price) because it was a floor model with an almost invisible dent toward the bottom.

Recently upgraded all of our kitchen appliances with Kitchen Aid brand. We’re very happy and satisfied with our purchase, installation and follow-up. We will be shopping for new electronics with Best Buy soon as well. Thank You

The washer does a great job cleaning the dishes - the coffee cups come out clean, much better than our old washer. Also, it is so quiet we hardly know it is running, the light on the front gives us status on the cycle and when finished.
