Product great, if working.Installation déplorable!

A complete waste of our time for just waiting. After calling five times and speaking with the phone people, not the schedulers, and being on the it seems the required hold, we have still not had the proper installation. The personnel want to schedule the fix for this Saturday evening! Go figure This is since Dec 6 and it is now the 17. Go figure. The logistics and experience will not permit me to purchase anything from Best Buy again! This has tremendously damaged the BB Brand in my mind. Santa will be very disappointed with the ATL/ Alpharetta area elfs.

This first Kitchen Aid dishwasher was defective

Best Buy was quick to replace it with a new one which works very well indeed. So appreciate the replacement process - no extra charge and done skillfully as before by the installers.
