This is my first KitchenAid brand appliance and I am happy to say that I am more than pleased. First the dishwasher is so quiet you don't notice that its running, The racks are well designed, is easy to load with good capacity and it gets all dishes, pots and pans very clean. It also does a great job at drying as it gets the dishes so hot you have to let them cool for a few minutes with the door open before removing them. The controls are well laid out and easy to use. I give this 5 stars in every area with the exception of cycle times that are slightly longer than my old dishwasher so I rate cycle times at 4, but it gets the dishes so clean it is worth the additional 20 or 30 minutes to complete a cycle. I highly recommend this dishwasher AAA+++.

Damaged. Back side completely dented and bent. The box was perfect condition so appears the damaged appliance was boxed and shipped.

The dishwasher works great. It fits a lot of dishes & pans. The 3rd row is good for serving spoons, etc. The dishwasher takes a couple of hours to complete a cycle, the good part is that it is quiet. The only downside about the dishwasher is that you need to clean it after a few washes otherwise it gets a little smelly.

Our house came with a Whirlpool basic model dishwasher. It was less than 1 Year old, but we had trouble getting dishes cleaned with it. After much research, we chose the Kitchenaid 404 model. PROS: -Excellent Cleaning - succeeds where the Whirlpool fails. -Very Quiet - some parts of the cycle are louder but other times you barely hear it. -ThirdRack - we estimate we get another 30% space! Simply put, once you have it you will not go back to two racks. This third rack has excellent sprayers and i believe the best in the market. CONS: -Price - its quite expensive compared to its peers. -Drying time - no heated drying in the 404 model - so dishes are still wet at end of cycle, we had to leave on counter to dry before putting away. Overall, a very, very good dishwasher. If i was buying again i would go up a level and get the Heated Drying on the 604 unit - thats the only thing missing.

We weren't looking for a dishwasher right away. We were just looking to price some out to see what we would need to be spending. We found the KitchenAid diswasher at Home Depot first and decided to see if BestBuy had it (for the points and TT membership rewards. We love the third rack that gives us the extra space. It fits plenty of glasses as well as longer silverware/cooking utensils. The middle and bottom racks are big enough for everything else we have. Before, we were filling up our dishwasher in 4-5 days of work lunch containers. Now, we go an entire work week and still have room for more items in the dishwasher. It's super quiet too which is very nice. It works excellent as well. We left some really dirty dishes in there to see if it would clean it all and it did! This dishwasher does an amazing job. Would absolutely HIGHLY recommend this.

Keep white spots, all products are there. Will open a complaint!

This dishwasher looks great. It works great and is very quiet. Imlovemthe third rack. It seems to hold more dishes than my old kitchen aid.

Delivery and instillation were a breeze. I noticed during instillation this model had way more insulation around the tub which I’m sure helps hold in heat and probably noise. The three racks with adjustable middle rack make this very versatile. We had a builder grade GE model that was loud and terrible so this dishwasher was quite the step up for us. Everything gets cleaner than our old model. My wife put two old glass bread pans in that had not come fully clean in years even with lots of elbow grease. They came out shiny and looking brand new. It’s whisper quiet. We have a large open living area so that was important to us. The buttons are nicely hidden on top. The handle and dishwasher itself look very sleek and “high-end”. At first we were not sure if we wanted the handle but after a few days my wife realized she like having the handle to hand towels from if she wanted. Overall it’s pretty much exactly what we wanted. I love this dishwasher. It works amazingly, is quiet but not so quiet I don't know when it is running, and the third flex rack is a GAME CHANGER. I use lots of cups, and having another rack to fit cups in is amazing. Because the other half of the top rack is close to the top, I can fit really large items in the second rack. It feels like I can fit twice as many things in the dishwasher now in the same footprint. Everything comes out cleaner than my previous dishwasher too. Huge life upgrade.

I love my Kitchen Aide dishwasher! It looks stylish and is well built, and does a great job getting my dishes clean! I especially like that it holds more dishes than many other brands! I I love the 3rd shelf on top to put delicate or plastic items, additional silverware, and other utensils, plus it gives me extra space for the other dishes. I love that some of the shelves are adjustable to fit dishes in as you may need. I like the helpful settings and nice features. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Also, the Best Buy Installation team did a great job installing it. They were very knowledgeable & careful to make sure the installation was done well. The were professional and polite! I’m very happy with everything!

We are completely satisfied with this dishwasher. The racks are well organized, so far it does a great job washing and drying the dishes, pans and silverware, and it is very quiet.

We LOVE this DW! Tremendous amount of usable room, we haven't been able to fill it up yet. Dishes come out clean and spotless. The third rack is a perfect size, not like the other cheesy third racks we saw in other brands. QUIET! This replaced a BOSCH that we thought was quiet. The KitchenAid is so quiet, we have to double check that it is actually running. We have been using it several weeks and think this is one of the best purchases we have made.

Really quiet, dishes come out nice and clean and I like the design of the third rack better than I thought I would. In all, it holds a lot more than my old 2 drawer dishwasher and works great. Because my countertops aren’t flush with the cabinets (which is pretty normal) I’m not able to touch any of the buttons without opening to door. That’s the only real downside so far. I do wish it had a delicate cycle though.

I recently decided to replace my old Whirlpool dishwasher and, after much consideration, I went for the KitchenAid with a 3-rack configuration. This decision has turned out to be a game changer for my kitchen! First and foremost, the extra rack has been a true revelation. This is a far cry from my old Whirlpool, which had the subtlety of a jet engine! What’s more, the sleek design and controls of the KitchenAid dishwasher are an aesthetic upgrade for my kitchen. It looks modern and high-end, and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. Lastly, I must commend the energy efficiency of this dishwasher. My utility bills have not spiked, and it's great knowing that I’m making an environmentally conscious choice. In summary, the KitchenAid 3-rack dishwasher is a phenomenal upgrade. It’s efficient, quiet, and has significantly improved my dishwashing routine. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a superior dishwashing experience!

This is the best dishwasher I’ve ever had. (I’m assuming here that it will keep working ). It’s been so long since I’ve had a dishwasher that actually dries the dishes. It cleans well and is quiet. Buttons are very easily understood. Rack design is good. I like the way the silverware goes into individual little holes. It keeps spoons etc apart and thus they clean easily. The top third rack is extremely useful for putting all sorts of little odds and ends safely. Nice for knives, assorted large cooking utensils and plastic parts of juicers etc etc etc.

Great machine so far! Cleans twice as well, with half as much soap. Express wash is really all I’ve needed. The normal cycle goes on for quite some time, and express probably saves $$. Very quiet. Like the third rack way more than I thought I would. They really did find a way to maximize space for sure.

It is incredibly quiet and thorough. The rack arrangement is also very convenient. It is also not overwhelmed with gadgetry.

This Kitchen Aide dishwasher is the best large appliance purchase I’ve ever made! It is proof that all dishwashers are not alike! This one cleans and drys everything to perfection, like no other. The top tray drawer is my favorite thing and what sold me on this particular washer! It isn’t just for knives and narrow utensils like other machines, it holds mugs, glasses and salad bowls - giving you a legit extra level for more dishes. And that top tray has washing sprayers specifically designed to clean items on that top rack! The Pro Wash option shortens and saves wash time and water when it can, and extends wash time if water sensors detect the need. It is quiet, it shows no finger prints and it is pretty amazing. I’ve never been excited about an appliance, but this one is remarkable!
