Love the dishwasher! It is so quiet we strain to hear it. The top third row is great for all the odds and ends or cups and glasses. Cleans great! Dries pretty well, I still will touch the top of my cups with a clean cloth to absorb the water that sits on top, but other than that, I love it.

Really nice dishwasher. Love the upgrades to the racks, it cleans super well and is pretty quiet.

It's a bit of a project to install if you do it yourself, but it is well worth it in the end. Cleans great, is quiet and the top rack is useful for utensils and mugs. I feel like I can fit a lot more per load than our old dishwasher could handle.

Plenty of room for dishes, love the 3rd rack whoch includes mug and drink glasses spots, quiet, gets job done very well!

When our previous dishwasher developed an occasional minor leak, we chose to replace vs. repair. The old dishwasher was a holdover from when we purchased the house a few years ago and was never our favorite. This Kitchen Aid has the features we want - steel tub, third rack, very quite operation, and a design that matches our new Kitchen Aid range. The capacity and quite operation (almost silent) are a nice upgrade from our previous dishwasher. We are very pleased so far and expect to be for years to come.

Super quiet, gets dishes and the like shiny clean. Does not always completely dry some articles, particularly plastics with embossing or over-lapped lips. The 3rd top tray is versatile and highly useful. We think it is a great unit. Note: It was installed only 3 weeks ago. It is a crap-shoot if you get a good BestBuy 3rd party installer or not. BestBuy (GeekSquad support on the phone), was very helpful with the installation concerns that occurred

I've had this dishwasher for almost a year and it has run with no problems. It's very quiet and does a great job cleaning. I wasn't sure I would like the third rack, but it's very helpful for plastic containers and long utensils that would take up too much room on the second rack. My brother bought a KitchenAid dishwasher a few years ago and really liked it. When I checked Consumer Reports, they were recommending other brands ahead of KitchenAid -- but their choices all seemed very small inside with the racks looking too small to accommodate my dishes easily. I hadn't expected to spend this much on a dishwasher, but I'm very happy so far.

This dishwasher is tops in just about all areas. It gets stuff CLEAN, it can hold a lot, and is very quiet. The shelves/drawers seems to move on ball bearings they move so smoothly. We are definitely loving this beauty. Only drawback is had to modify how hoses routed from old dishwasher because the cabinet for this one is larger, and so the hoses had to route lower to the ground. Definitely highly recommended,

I love how quiet this dishwasher is. I also love how roomy it is. The best part is the extra glass space on the third row. I feel like it dries much better than all my previous dishwashers.

This dishwasher works great and is nearly silent. We still can't believe how quiet the unit is. One thing about the installation is the water inlet is the size of a garden hose and not a 3/8 fitting. I did have to go back to the hardware store and purchase an installation hose kit that included the particular 90° fitting. My cabinet is a little short for the unit and all of the insulation that surrounds the exterior. There is a perforated hump area that I had to remove per instructions and the unit slid in easily on the dishwasher plastic tray. This tray has a lip on 3 sides that if there is ever a leak, it directs the water toward the front and you would see it on the floor in front of the unit. Slightly raising the legs for the irregularity of the floor and this plastic tray may have contributed to the tight fit with that extra little portion of insulation. As far as the function of this dishwasher it is great. I had coffee cups with tea residue/ stains and this dishwasher cleaned it off! The 3rd row is the reason I purchased this unit over others. It's very practical you can put cups and glasses on the top shelf! It has 2 horizontal rotating wash tubes that really get the inside of your cups and glasses on that top shelf clean. I like the top shelf silverware tray too with individual support for knives. I am able to keep my steak knives separate from the normal silverware which will help keep them sharp. The silverware basket has removable top inserts. I found it tedious placing every handle in its own slot in the standard silverware basket and these are easily removed. Unlike many dishwashers these days, there is a heated dry along with a fan heated dry! I have no regrets and very happy with my purchase. The cleaning, functionality, layout of the tines to support the dishes, and how quiet this unit is deserves the 5 star rating.

Item does an excellent job washing dishes . Quiet and efficient.  first off it was the styling of this unit drew me to it. I wanted one with a bar handle, and this has one of the nicest looking bar handles I could find. Second were the added features, including the third rack for washing, which was a must. This one on the third rack has room for many of your small cups which is a nice added bonus to the unit. 

It is so quiet! The space is so much larger and with three drawers it is amazingly organized. The dishes come out appareling shiny clean and they are dry!!! Love it! The customer service was exceptional.

We’ve only had a few short weeks but so far no regrets! It’s quiet but more importantly, it get the dishes clean (no water spots). We love love love the top rack for spatulas, bigger knives, etc. We did a lot of homework prior to choosing this, plus was recommended by the Best Buy manager as the most reliable and highest rated with his customers.

Kitchenaid dishwashers are all I’ve ever owned so I really can’t say how this is superior to others but it is. I wouldn’t bother spending my money on any other brand for a dishwasher bcz this is all you need and by that I mean it’s efficient, is whisper quiet, and never leaves a dirty dish even on a regular cycle. It’s also very dependable and affordable. I highly recommend this brand for all your kitchen needs.

I love this dishwasher! It's my first time having a 3rd rack and I love it! The deeper 3rd rack is awesome for small storage containers, large utensils, and measuring cups. I also love the silverware holder, as it keeps the items separate and has bonus spaces for oddly shaped or larger utensils. It's very quiet, so I don't have to wait until bedtime to run it! This dishwasher holds so much stuff!

Not sure when appliance makers decided to price their products sooooo expensive, but I learned a long time ago its better to pay a few hundred dollars more to get top of the line models than compromise and be sorry later. I must say that this Kitchen Aid did not disappoint! It's whisper quiet compared to our old Kenmore we were replacing, and the 3 shelves really come in handy as we can fit so much more in each load. Everything comes out spotless clean and 99% dry... so much more efficient than any other dish washer we've ever had. I would highly recommend this appliance to anyone looking for top quality dishwasher that hopefully will give us many years of service in the future.

I couldn’t be happier with this dishwasher! I have had it for five months now and it has made my life easier every single day. I have a stone wear baking dish that I used on the grill one time and it had a smoky stain on it. I scrubbed it by hand several times, using different cleaners, but the stain remained. One run through my Kitchenaid dishwasher and it looked brand new again! The top rack is very versatile, I rarely use it for cups like intended. I use it for travel mug lids and large utensils. The machine is super quiet and very attractive. This is my third Kitchenaid appliance purchase... always dependable with excellent craftsmanship.

I love my new kitchen aid dishwasher for so many reasons: it so quiet, cleans so efficiently, has so much adjustable spacing for large pots & pans dries spotlessly glass wear & silver wear & has special creative spigates that sanititizes everything. & I can get so much in one load that I don’t need to operate it as much. I love my new KitchenAid appliances. The dishwasher is solid. Its huge inside. Dishes are spotless after cycle. Its extremely quiet. Door is quality. Solid. Highly recommend. Best Buy was competitive with pricing and delivery men were careful and considerate. I will buy from Best Buy again.
