Overall, from start to finish the process of purchasing a new dishwasher from Best buy was incredibly easy, extremely enjoyable and the product so far is fantastic. In store, the purchase was quick and easy. The gentleman who sold us the dishwasher was very knowledgeable on not only the product but the promotions. He was able to show us the features and differences between the brands. Before the delivery, Best buy did an excellent job communicating time frame and the steps we needed to make sure to perform beforehand to make the delivery go as smooth as possible. The installation was fantastic, the individual who performed our installation was named Diego. He was extremely professional, did a good job communicating what was going to happen during the installation. Him and his coworker worked very well and respected our household taking care to ensure there's no damage. He completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and said do not hesitate if we have any questions or concerns to reach out to the installation company or the store. Overall I would recommend people purchase their dishwasher from Best buy and have it installed with the team they use.

So much space! I thought our old dishwasher had a lot of space, but this machine with its 3 racks is crazy big inside. And beautifully designed. Many 3-rack dishwashers have a very shallow top rack, but this model is very clever and allows a lot of very useful space in the top. The other 2 racks just have a weirdly large amount of clearance. How did they do this? And the racks roll in and out more smoothly that you've ever thought they could. 2 things to note: One of the ways they get all that incredible roominess inside is by lowering the bottom rack to where you really are reaching down to access it. The other thing of note is that we have already dinged the inside of the door by bumping the door into the middle rack when it wasn't fully tucked in. Seems like the interior of the door should be able to withstand some light bumping. Not a deal killer at all. The outside of the door remains perfect. The machine is still to new to have tried some of the options, but so far all is great. I was skeptical about the 'door open' function to help dry, but it's very cool and works well. It dries great even without engaging the 'pro dry' features. Well done KitchenAid!

The dishwasher works and cleans very well. Just not happy with the plastic adjustable screws. I had one stripped out on the first installation and dishwasher had to be replaced.

Not used yet but seems adequate except it will take time to figure out to best load it.

Everything went well. The guys were very efficient and polite. Delivered and installed on time. Dishwasher doing its job well.

Would not recommend this model. Decibles over 58 from a whining motor and huge thumping noise. Not remotely close to marketed noise level. Great return service from Best Buy though.

Bad! it was not properly working. They wanted to send a repair person instead of replacing brand new expensive dishwasher

Loud and does not dry the dishes. I was told the dishwasher was quiet and dried well. It does not.
