Has done a good job of cleaning dishes, much better than my previous dishwasher from Samsung. Only negatives are that it does not have a time display on it to indicate how long the cycle has to go. There are 3 lights that help you know what stage it is at.

Sometimes i have to get close to it to nakesure its on, thats how quiet it is. Super spacious with that third rack. And my last dishwasher was a bosch. But this is 10 times better.

I guess we won't qualify for the $400 gift card. I would not give a Poor rating, but necessary to fulfill the review process.

Anti-flood or flood-prevention devices contain a mechanical valve to stop water flow if a set volume or flow rate is exceeded. Improper installation can prevent water entry. Refer to the device's manufacturer instructions for verification. Some KitchenAid models include a Leak Detection System that alerts the user with a flashing light and initiates a draining cycle if a leak is detected.
3. Rinse Aid Use
The use of liquid rinse aid is essential for optimizing drying and wash performance and controlling the buildup of hard water deposits.

4. High-Temperature Wash Option
Consider using the high-temperature wash option, which raises the main wash temperature to improve cleaning for tough, baked-on food. Heavier soil loads may require a heavier cycle. Confirm that the water pressure is sufficient for proper filling (20 to 120 psi, or 138 to 828 kPa).

5. Proper Dish Loading
Correctly loading dishes is crucial for optimal cleaning and drying.
Avoid Overloading: Ensure adequate space for water and detergent circulation to reach all items.
Load at an Angle: Angle items toward the spray arms to promote water runoff and drying performance.
Plastic Items: Load plastic cups, bowls, and mugs on the third-level rack, if available, for the best dry performance and to minimize deformation. Do not place plastic items on the lower rack.

6. Detergent Type
High-quality, pre-measured tablets and packs are recommended for improved performance and are effective at reducing filming on dishes. They are suitable for all water hardness and soil levels. The use of rinse aid can minimize the repeat buildup of white film. Always place pre-measured detergents in the main compartment and close the lid.
The Pre-Wash indicator on the dispenser is for powder or gel detergent used in the Pre-Wash cycle (approximately eight cubic centimeters if filled). Detergent added here enters the wash immediately, while detergent in the main dispenser is added during the main wash cycle.
Use automatic dishwasher detergent only, and add it just before starting a cycle.
Fresh automatic dishwasher detergent yields better cleaning results.
Store detergent in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place.
Extremely hard water mineral deposits (15 grains per U.S. gallon or more) can damage the dishwasher and hinder cleaning results. A water softener is recommended for hard water to avoid damage and achieve optimal results.

7. Dish Soap Contamination
