excellent storage. We like the 3 deep aspect of the freezer, and the fact that the drawers close themselves.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. The many options it has are easy to navigate. I can fit so much more than my previous refrigerator and looks awesome in black stainless steel.

We've had this fridge for about a month or so and I have to say, we love it! The only thing I think could be improved on is the lack of shelving on the inner doors, not much room to store condiments, other than that the 3 drawers in the freezer make for good organizing, I usually don't like have a drawer freezer I've had one before and it was an unorganized mess, but this one has 3 drawers and compartments in the bottom of the 3. The 2 middle fridge drawers are awesome for keeping kids snacks so they don't have to open the main fridge 100 times a day. Also the adjustable shelving in the main fridge is a great feature, I can fit lots of drinks, even 2 liter bottles fit (also white wine, I can chill it and not lay the bottle down) overall this was a great purchase, we've had no problems and I'd buy it again.

I researched refrigerators for MONTHS before purchasing. This one had some good reviews, some bad, so I was hesitant. I loved the design and with needing all my appliances to match (and be in stock during a pandemic) we gave it a try. I do not regret it one bit! There is so much space. It’s beautiful and we get compliments all the time. We did have some issues with the water dispenser within the first week of purchase, but Best Buy exchanged it quickly and efficiently. Turns out that issue had not been previously reported and it must have been a fluke. Our new one has zero issues, I find the ice maker to be rather quiet (opposed to some of the negative reviews) and it is just beautiful and spacious. Our toddler loves having her own “snack drawer.” Many reviews mentioned low ice output. We only really noticed this in the beginning. There’s an option to produce “max ice” and it seems like once we did that it was full and hasn’t had a problem keeping up since. I do wish it was finger print resistant, but it’s so beautiful I don’t even mind having to wipe it clean every now and then. Very happy with our decision.

I was still skeptical about this refrigerator as it was replacing a 29 cu. ft. model. It takes a while to adjust to all, such as the soft close drawers, but a nice unit overall. Very quiet compared to the previous Whirlpool. Does not make ice as quickly though.

This is a gorgeous unit inside and out, with a ton of convenience and storage space. Can't be matched for value. Unfortunately in the 4 years we owned it, we had problems with the freezer, interior lighting, temperature controls, ice maker and water dispenser. We finally had to throw in the towel and replace it under the Geek Squad warranty which was honored after many many repair attempts over a long period of time. If you get a good unit, you'll love it but many reviews I've seen indicate similar problems. Buyers beware.

It's nice that you don't have to sacrifice looks for functionality these days. This refrigerator is perfect for our needs; the space, the layout, the changeable configuration all lends to it's perfection. I'll admit, the price is high for something that keeps your food temperatures moderated, but if you're going for a particular look in your kitchen, it's worth the splurge.

The Refrigerator does everything I need it to, and it his so many places to place all of my food items. And, it looks very nice, with some incredible features for years to come.

With kids in the house, the two extra outside drawers give us a place to store juices, yogurt and snacks for their easy access. Both drawers have a mechanism to ensure that the drawer closes AND doesn't slam. Perfect to our two. Inside, the lighted shelves make it easy to see the items without the harsh glare of most refer lights.

This KitchenAid 25.8Cu ft 5 Door French Door Refrigerator is the best. The 2 bottom refrigerator drawers are handy to grab lunch items without opening up the whole refrigerator. There is plenty of room and 2 more drawers inside for vegetables, etc. The freezer has plenty of room with two full size drawers and two large bins in the bottom with a "pizza" shelf inside the door. This is a well-build appliance

The customer service from purchase to delivery was excellent! I am pleased with my purchase and the product design is better than I expected. The large interior capacity is exactly what I need.

Very spacious storage with specific areas for produce and the one drawer gives you options for multiple uses. The freezer has three spacious drawers with the bottom drawer being divided into sections for more organized storage of larger items. Overall I love this fridge. My only wish is that someone would make this fridge, in the same specs/size but make it in a single door for the fridge section. I do not like having an item or dish in one hand and having to put it down so I can open both doors to put inside. That may sound picky but it makes a difference when you are busy cooking.

Bought this refrigerator one month ago, it was a floor display, had been delivered to another buyer, but apparently did not fit into home. Got a good deal but on delivery one easy access drawer is crooked and on exam they have to replace rails. Frost started developing within one week on one side of the freezer, and the light only goes on intermittently. They tried to reshape the gasket seal and told us we had too much food in freezer. having done this there is now more frost then ever on the right hand side. Now a new gasket seal has been ordered. Hope this works. Somewhat disappointing purchase thus far.

the refrig permits the owner to control the temperature in various compartments - depending on what is being stored! It appears to be very functional and well made. The only concern I have is the refrig is noisier than I would like, especially when the ice cubes are dropped into the storage bin and immediately afterwards when refilling the tray with water

Upon receipt and delivery of our product with the installation we quickly realized the water was leaking onto the top shelf of our refrigerator. Tried to call you squad however KitchenAid has the first year product protection so I was referred to them. The technician came out from KitchenAid In 4 to 5 days. He said he had to order the part and then it took almost another two weeks to get the refrigerator repaired. Now that it is fixed it is a great refrigerator just wish that there would have been no issues off the bat.
