Best refrigerator ever. Kitchenaid quality made in the USA. Best Buy delivered and set up everything.

Hate writing this but time to move on- like baseball 3 strikes your out. Had this fridge delivered 3 times. 2 times (clear damage from the back ) so decline the fridge . Then a perfect one became a nightmare - woke up to water all over the floor and in the fridge . That was one day of having the fridge (leak was coming from inside ) For a fridge that was not cheap this shouldn’t happen . What a mess loss food inside that we just bought and had to do so much laundry due to the towels we used to clean up the mess. We are moving on 3X and we loss faith in the fridge.

I absolutely love our beautiful refrigerator! The meat drawer is my favorite- since it is set at a lower temperature than the refrigerator, the meat stays fresher longer. This is such a good investment.

It was not easy, but well worth it, we saved so much money

I purchased an "excellent condition" KitchenAid. When I picked it up it was totally professionally wrapped so I didnt look inside. When I finally had it installed and we opened the wrapping we were shocked at the condition. Not only were shelves broken but there were food and liquid stains in the drawers! Still have not received response from Best Buy!!!

We are very disappointed with this product. Ice and water stopping working after a few days, the fridge is 28 degrees and freezing food even though it's set on 38. The rollers are broken so it scratched our floor. Geek squad came out and said it needs to be replaced.

This is my dream refrigerator. I love it! It has so much space and completes my kitchen.

The doors open separately so you limit cold loss. The freezer section is closed at the bottom to also prevent loss of cold air and there is great convenience in the two upper freezer shelves. I keep steaks and meats with standard cut into upper slider and bags of frozen vegetables in the next slider and roasts, chicken, etc in the bottom of the freezer. Just above the freezer is a temperature controlled drawer for defrosting your meats for next day cooking. There are several other settings on the same defrost drawer to suit it to other tasks. It’s nice having a ice maker/water dispenser again. My last refrigerator was a GE and it lasted half the life of the refrigerator. My last fridge the lighting quit about a month after I bought it new. My new Kitchen Aid has wonderful lighting absolutely everywhere, so bright nothing gets hidden. Wonderful product and well engineered.

Best Buy Customer service is excellent. Product is crap. Thoroughly disgusted with the poor quality of the “high end” Kitchenaid appliances. Please learn from my expensive mistake. Do NOT trust that kitchaid is the same quality it was nice WAS

All drawers and doors misalign, delivery driver damaged my door and my stove top as well. Really bad experience and this does not feel like a $4000 refrigerator, none of it lines up and it isn’t even level, slopes from back to front, last refrigerator did not to that.

Kitchen Aid freezer door seal issues. Tech support unable to repair. No replacement available due to refrigerator being in the higher price range. Home Depot able to meet our needs. Overall rating is 0

We love it!! After reading some of the negative reviews we were doubting our decision to buy this. But thankfully, the reviews were incorrect. This refrigerator is beautiful and works perfectly! It is very quiet and holds temperatures perfectly. We love the middle drawer with the temp selector and the vegetable drawer really does keep things fresh longer. This is our first bottom freezer and we were pleasantly surprised. The trays make it much easier to store and find foods w/o having to dig through items. The LED lighting is perfect. No dark corners. The appearance and fit/finish is great. It is really an eye catcher and complements our kitchen. We would rate this refridgerator higher if we could.

This fridge has been amazing, and a show stopper to all those who visit my home. The lighting is fantastic, the two middle drawers are my absolute favorite (I use the left/versatile drawer to store drinks, so I don't need to open/close the "main" fridge just to get a drink), and the freezer is actually huge. The only "cons" -- the water dispenser isn't a clean stream of water so you probably won't be able to fill up a plastic water bottle without a little splashing; the fridge does make a little noise when it's running, but after the first week I stopped noticing it; the doors can be tricky to hang evenly, but the fridge comes with sticker instructions on how to do so; the plastic covering that comes on it can be really annoying to remove, especially around the handles if you remove it after the fact.

So first let me start by saying this is our second fridge (same model). The first one we had delivered was damaged and the freezer and fridge did not work. Best Buy was very helpful in replacing that one and giving us a new one. This one works fantastic. I love the 5 door design. We especially like using one of the drawers for drinks. It's convenient and keeps people from constantly opening the fridge and letting the cold air out. The ice maker and water dispenser work perfectly and the fold away shelf inside makes the design much more functional. Did I mention it looks fantastic? The black stainless is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this fridge.

This fridge looks really nice altho shorter than many of the others so I have a slight gap between cabinets and top of fridge but I can live with it. It has only been in use for a couple of weeks so cannot speak to performance but aesthetically I am happy. I notice that the shelves have some sag in them already for some reason, so that is slightly annoying and I cannot figure out why since there seems to be sufficient support. You lose a little bit of space with the 2 soft-close drawers but even with minimal use so far I already am a big fan. With little ones in the house I can put their go-to items in the drawer so they can get in/out of without opening the big door and reaching. The platinum coloring paired with the LED lighting inside is really eye-catching, very pretty. ONE thing I wish I could have done is purchased this in the stainless black finish, the fingerprints are something that I was hoping to banish but I had to go the stainless route so I could match the micro/warming drawer that sits in cab right next to fridge and they do not come in matching finish.

We had an LG for about 6-7 years and we were already on our second repair. When the repair guy said we would be better off buying a new refrigerator than repair ours......again, I asked him which refrigerators were best. He rattled off Whirlpool, KitchenAid and a third one I don't remember. The next day I went shopping online until my eyes went buggy. On the third day, off we went to the stores. I saw this one at the first store but my eyes couldn't believe the price tag. We went to store after store, my feet repeatedly and magnetically pulling me back to this KitchenAid. Finally I had had enough. We went home for the day. Just to prove to myself that I had, indeed, done everything I could have, I checked Best Buy online to see what they had, any brand, open stock, restocked, refurbished and brand new. Although I was exhausted and hurting, my heart sang when I saw the price on this as an open stock! Off we went to see if they still had it, and to make sure it was the one I wanted. After some back and forth, we ended up ordering a brand new one at close to the open stock price. I LOVE THIS KITCHENAID REFRIGERATOR!!! It's so big and bright, on the INSIDE! We use the two small outside drawers for fruits (left side) and vegetables (right side). Inside, there are two more drawers! One we use for meats and cheese, the other we use for whatever else we need (overflow of fruits and veggies, etc....). It is very deep so there is plenty of room for tall juice bottles/coffee creamer/milk cartons and the like. Bottom line is, I LOVE IT!!!!

I love the space. If is ideal for a big family however it has its flaws. We have had issues with the ice maker even when you had just replaced the filter, it’d still not work and tell you to replace the filter. I would still recommend it.
