Beautiful refrigerator but water still has a funny taste 3 weeks out. Hopefully that will resolve itself. The trim was bent and damaged and can not be repaired. The kick plate that came with the unit was non-conforming for ice/water in the door. BBY is trying to make things right but a slow process that is frustrating after buying such an expensive unit. With that said, I would say my experience has caused the lower star rating more than the product.

This refrigerator is a wonderful replacement of an older Kitchenaid model. This has so many bells and whistles that makes the cost seem not so bad afterall. I have only had this new Kitchenaid Refrigerator about 3 weeks. The cost of a new built in is a bit of a shock until you see this one and all its goodies. Now it does not seem so expensive, it is well worth the investment in my kitchen. Swallow hard and buy it, you will not regret it. Great product.

So far very pleased with the fridge. Ice machine works great as well as temperatures are as expected. Water still a little funny tasting . Need to flush more water through the system to see if that corrects the problem.

replaced my old kitchen aid. the only complaint I have is the holders on the door. It hard to get things in and out of them and you really can't adjust them. Otherwise has beena great frig so far.

Love this counter depth fridge. It has lots of space. Plenty of shelves and space on the door. Looks great in my newly remodelled kitchen.

More interior space than one it replaced. Great LED interior lighting. Being a built in, we were happy to find it fit perfectly into the space for the previous refrig.

1998 vintage GE Monogram is dying...we need a replacement and this KA looks like a great choice
