Product itself looks great and is performing well. Caveat, we have only had it a very short while. The space that you have for both fridge and freezer is great for up to a family of probably 3-4 depending on what you are storing. Looks great, the metal, wood and grey finish really pop. Happy with it so far!

Love my new Kitchen Aide 4 door refrigerator/freezer! It has space for everything and then some! The first drawer I use for drinks (soda, wine, etc..) you can use that drawer for whatever your needs, vegetables, cold cuts, beverages. It’s awesome. The freezer has also a tin of storage. It has 2 drawers for frozen veggies or whatever small items you need to freeze. There’s also space between the freezer door and the bottom that can be used for frozen foods like pizza or appetizers. Love love this fridge!!

I purchased this fridge at a discount because it was "out of the box." Someone had returned it for reasons unknown. Its condition was labeled "excellent" meaning there are minimal cosmetic flaws, but no mechanical problems. This turned out to be not quite true. The delivery men told me the left rear wheel was turned sideways, making it difficult to impossible to roll the fridge in and out. The fridge was delivered on Monday, Dec 30, and the delivery men were unable to connect the fridge to the line that my old model used. I can't explain this because it's not my area of expertise. I was able to get a plumber that day, even without it being an emergency. The plumber managed to get the fridge out of its position but we were unable to return it to its place because of the wheel. I called Best Buy at the number I had used for delivery arrangements. The woman I reached said the delivery men couldn't return that day to move the fridge. OK. I get that. But she said I would have to hang up and call back the next day. I repeated this back to her and asked if I had that right. Yes. That I didn't understand. Rather than call the next day, I went to the store where I'd made the purchase so I could return the water line they said was mandatory for purchase. The plumber didn't need it. He used the old line. While at the store, I asked them if they could have someone come to fix the wheel and move the fridge back into position. I was told they could move it and I'm on the schedule to have that done on Friday. But I need to call KitchenAid to repair the wheel "for liability reasons." When the fridge was plugged in by the delivery men, it sounded fine. Two hours later, the motor started making loud noises, like a lawn mower. The noise stopped right before the plumber arrived. It hasn't made the noise since then. I have no idea what caused it. So, today is Wednesday, January 1, and I need to call KitchenAid tomorrow. Depending on their answer, I'll either have the wheel fixed or I'll return this fridge to Best Buy for a fridge that is still boxed. The fridge is beautiful and has some really nice features, including a drawer with independent temperature controls that can be adjusted depending on what you have stored in it. Currently, I have beverage bottles in it, including champagne bottles, so it's plenty big enough. Because I'm uncertain what will happen, I haven't restocked the fridge, so I can't say whether the freezer is cold enough to freeze meat, but the digital readout for the freezer reads 0°F (-18°C). The fridge compartment is preset to 37°F (3°C), but is adjustable. The water dispenser seems to slowly drip water (a total of one to four drops) after it's used. My old KitchenAid didn't have that issue. This one dispenses water faster than the old one did, so maybe that's the trade-off?

First, it’s a very pleasant looking appliance. The gray interior works on my eyes better over white. Next, it also does its job well. It helps make food last. My vegetables have been staying fresh significantly longer. The doors also are near zero clearance to open that was needed in our old house.

Love the fridge! So far about one month in after purchase. It is beautifully designed, functional, and spacious. The only “complaint” I have is concerning the compartment or shelves in the door. Trying to arrange the 3 shelves ( bc I need all) in away to accommodate the height of a bottle of wine while also making the other shelves functional. All I need is an extra in-between-slot for shelf adjustment to issue a five star.

I. Love my new refrigerator. Like the volume and versatility. Ice works great. Delivery was a nightmare and best buy got it resolved.

We have been using our refrigerator for approximately 2 months now and I absolutely love it! I love the middle drawer for my kids snacks and the interior is beautiful and large. I do wish there was a second ice tray in the freezer. There never seems to be enough ice, but that's pretty common with all refrigerators. Overall we are very pleased with our fridge and haven't had any problems so far.

I recently purchased the KitchenAid 26 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator with Ice and Water Dispenser from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked into the store, the experience was top-tier. The in-store staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful in answering all my questions and helping me choose the right fit for my home. The delivery team showed up exactly on schedule and handled everything with care. They installed the refrigerator flawlessly into our built-in cabinet space — it looks custom! The stainless steel finish adds a modern touch to our kitchen, and the interior is incredibly spacious and well-designed. The ice and water dispenser is a daily favorite — convenient, clean, and efficient. Overall, this has been one of the smoothest appliance purchases I’ve ever made. A big thank you to Best Buy for the outstanding service.

Beyond loud, even before you add in the icemaker, making ice and the ice dropping. You can hear this refrigerator through a 2700 square-foot house running. we swapped out our kitchen from Samsung‘s to KitchenAid, the support from Best Buy and KitchenAid is dismal. The capacity even though it’s 26.2 ft.³ is a joke. The way the door shelving and the icemaker pushes into the interior takes up so much space. just trying to get a pizza box in there is nearly impossible. There is no depth. The two shelves in the freezer allows you inches at most for the height of anything to go in there and stop the doors from closing. The simplest thing that modern refrigerators have this does not have. It does not tell you what the temperature is in any of the compartments, you can set it at a particular temperature, but you don’t know if the refrigerator is at it. this will never make it 10 years like our Samsung refrigerator did. Spent hours multiple days trying to reach KitchenAid only to hear their voice recording. All staff is in training to better serve you, this one on for weeks. You go into the store where you purchased it Best Buy and they ask you to call their customer service 800 number and KitchenAid. It was purchased new (not floor sample!) and it came all dingy and missing components. The cop were delivery and having three doors removed so it could fit into the house was costly. they offset that with a gift card to Best Buy. I absolutely should never have accepted it. these are photos from minutes after it being delivered. timestamp. it’s missing all the dividers. I was promised numerous times they would get me the dividers., three months later, and I don’t have the drawer dividers. Dents on the inside, dirty wheels, and scratches on the glass. i’ve never had somebody follow up with me, from Best Buy or KitchenAid. I was actually told to hold on because once we get to Thanksgiving, the price would go down and I would get a credit back within the two months. what actually happened the price went up $800. from what I paid. they tricked me in to keep in this refrigerator and not retuning it. If anybody knows how to get somebody to contact me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Beautiful design, I love it. However, it was delivered damaged but Best Buy is making it good. Otherwise, the storage capacity is small. I don’t like that the ice maker takes up so much room in the French door which also takes away space for condiments in the door. I wish this same refrigerator was larger capacity & redesign the ice maker. Love the handles compared to the latest designs.

So much usable space and the clear drawers for veggie are easy to spot food. In addition I love the xtra drawer to either cool drinks or use as I need with just a push of the button. I also love the freezer space as along with the deep basket they have two flat drawers which are so helpful. Oh and a pizza space. I could go on and on but go check it out at your nearest Bestbuy store. You will love it too along with all the other Kitchenaide appliance

Great refrigerator. This unit replaced a 3 year old Samsung. Thankfully it was still under warranty and we received full replacement payment. Very happy with this unit. Only issue is I wish it was a "smart" refrigerator and could notify mybphone when a door is left open. Other than that it's been great! Highly recommend

This refrigerator is AMAZING! It has a place for everything and has exceeded my expectations. If one appliance can be life altering, this is the one. My food is never "lost" and everything is so easy to organize, plus it is BEAUTIFUL. The sales associate was also super helpful in being certain this would fit our tight space.

Exactly what we needed for our space. Love this refrigerator. Only thing is the ice maker area to store ice cubes is a lot smaller than our old fridge. Overall though, this is a fabulous upgrade.

Love the size and middle drawer. I feel like I have a better view of my food when I open the doors. The middle drawer is so easy to see what’s there.

Kitchen aid has been the best fit for my family and I. With the soda drawer to the easy accessible knee-high freezer. Extremely spacious and hookup for filtered water and ice. Win win
