We love this refrigerator! It is quiet, we have ice in our drink glasses, not on the floor and the water is cool to drink instead of tepid! We love the interior - a place for everything! Kudos KitchenAid!

Great refrigerator but has a strange almost ringing when the motor kicks in.

After a little bit of a bumpy rd with the original refrigerator (broken water line in the fridge) Best Buy did great with a replacement right away. So far very happy with the refrigerator. Plenty of room, great ice.

At the suggestion of a friend, I decided to go with the freezer on the bottom and I love it. The top refrigerator section has so much more room than my old side by side. The freezer is also much roomier and it is easy to find things.

The KitchenAid refrigerator is everything we expected. We’ve only bought KitchenAid products for the last 35 years. The only downside was your third-party delivery and installer company. They didn’t finish the job adequately and we had to have them sent back again.

Nice unit but slightly different then the 3 year old unit we had to replace due to non repairable cooling issue.

Love the look and functionality, unfortunately this is the loudest refrigerator we've ever had! We had 2 service calls completed only to be told thats just normal noises. Sounds like a mini helicopter landing in the kitchen sometimes. :(

I absolutely love my new fridge. It holds so much and everything is easy to reach. You won’t be disappointed…and the guys that came to install it were beyond fabulous. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Nice refrigerator but every now and then you hear a quiet telephone ring. Can’t figure out what or when it does it. Kitchen aid said they know nothing about that but the Geek Squad told me there are certain sounds from this refrigerator. We are keeping it

Fridge has arrived damaged 2 times. The possitive part is bestbuy is been fullly accountable and manage the whole replacement process.

It's a very good design. We love the extra space for the ice and water dispenser. It makes it easier to fill a pitcher of water. Will need to call a service repairman to look at a vibrations coming from the water pump only after 3 months of owning. Still not a bad refrigerator.

The fridge makes very strange and loud noises quite often. At times it sounds like a telephone ringing. Other times it sounds like a rattling engine.

I love this fridge. The only issue I have is I think this must be one of those SLIDE in's because you can see GREY SIDES not black or stainless like you usually see on the sides. These sides are GREY. It just doesn't look right in the kitchen because I don't have the type of cabinets where you just SLIDE your fridge in and the cabinets are all around the FRIDGE. But I do love the ice maker the screen and it even tells you how many oz of water you are using on the screen.

Love my new refrigerator. The stainless on this fridge is beautiful and no fingerprints!! Storage bins are large, and the bottom shelf pulls out which is nice for large plates. Would definitely recommend the Kitchenaid refrigerator.
