Had repairman out for two hours and could not figure out what’s wrong. Now he is trying to troubleshoot directly with KitchenAid what is wrong with this $3,000 piece of junk!

Melted ice drains into door and cannot be fully cleaned. Luckily was within 15 day window and Best Buy was able to pick up and replace with new appliance. Remains to be seen the longevity of the product. Overall aesthetics and interior are great. Hoping it will last for years to come, but quality control not encouraging with first failure.

It started making a buzzing and clicking noise and was no longer cooling and our items in the freezer started to thaw. To top it off, totaltech can’t send anyone out to fix it for 2 weeks. Also, when it was delivered there were scratches all over the front. This is the last time we will be buying appliances from Best Buy.
