Fridge works well. Major issues I have are that the glass sliding shelf is very easily knocked out of its extended position and items are frozen on the top shelf next to ice maker

OMG--This refrigerator is fantastic! I love the French doors that span the entire front of the frig. I also love the shelves that can expand in size when needed. The freezer is wonderful because it holds SO much food and conveniently the drawer has 2 layers--opens smoothly. This is a great buy.

The frig is exatly what I wanted. I knew I could find it at Best Buy.

good product overall. has some minor compressor motor noises when running. another issue with it was that the inside shelves were damaged (scratches mainly and some chips) from original delivery. Didn't offer replacements for just insides so they tried to deliver new fridge few times but each time the fridge was damaged.

Refrigerator meets our expectation. Delivery and installation service was excellent. Very satisfy with the purchase.

The Kitchen Aid Refrigerator is real nice has lots of room and freezer is spacious with lots of storage with pull out storage tray and in door water and ice dispenser with separate leavers so you don’t have switch a leaver from one to the other lights up when using it

Best Refrigerator ever. It’s been a month or so ,very happy with the product.

We are six weeks into ownership and are very satisfied to this point. Crushed ice feature and filtered water out of the door is great. Freezer and refrigerator compartments keep a steady temperature. Excellent product.

I love this refrigerator! It's made so well. We had a problem with a seal in the freezer but Best Buy made it right and delivered another fridge to us. It is so roomy, and better made than the Samsung we have in Florida. Great purchase, and Best Buy's delivery was spot-on

I love my new refrigerator. Plenty of room. It was a nice upgrade on my last Kitchenaid. The only thing is that it has a small ice bin.

I never write reviews. In fact, I created a Best Buy account just because I’m so frustrated with their customer service. When my fridge was delivered the delivery guy dented and scratched my fridge pretty bad on our island. Talk to customer service and they promised a $450 refund to keep it. I waited for almost 10 days and still saw nothing in my account. Call back and they told me that yes it will be refunded. Waited again finally just got off the phone with them today and they said they cannot do a refund but I’ll get a $450 gift card. I did purchase this refrigerator for over $2000. I have nothing else I really wanted to buy from them and was expecting a refund. I have been lied to and I have spent hours on the phone with their customer service. If you could even call them customer service. I have never felt so lied to you or felt a level of fraud from these people. The people in the store are great, but when you have to call the customer service, it is literally like a third world level of people just lying to you to get you off the phone so they can “” resolve this issue. Never have I ever felt so lie to. The refrigerator is great. This is not a reflection of the refrigerator even though it is damaged. This is the only way I could put a review on the Best Buy customer service.

Being a family of 6, I can put all my groceries and still have room! The amount of space and storage allows me to be able to separate veggies, dairy, meat, and can’t forget the wine! Super easy to clean inside and out!

Eight months ago, I purchased a KitchenAid over all other brands because it had a solid reputation for good appliances. However, I am extremely disappointed in this refrigerator. It wasn't the most expensive, but it certainly wasn't cheap. There is no control over the swing of the doors, the doors when opened swing so freely, that you have to catch them before they jerk to a stop. The shelving is cheap and the "so called chrome finish on them scratches easily. The stainless steel of the doors leaves finger prints, and when trying to clean them, you can scratch the surface with just a finger nail. The doors of the food compartments won't stay closed. The movable shelf in the middle slides out so easily that I find myself pushing it back in place every time I reach for something on the upper shelf. Overall the materials this refrigerator is made of are of poor quality. My last refrigerator was a Kenmore that I had for over 20 years, and until the last year or so, I had no problems. I doubt if this KitchenAid will last 2-5 years at most. I do like the ice/water dispenser and it has been working well, overall it keeps food cold and it is quiet. My biggest concern is whether or not the drawers, shelving and exterior doors will last with repeated use.
