Love this! We had a side by side prior to this purchase and the space was too narrow. The lighting and the pull out drawers are very user friendly!

I have only had the KitchenAid for 2 days -- it is stylish and holds much more than I anticipated -- I would highly recommend especially if you are replacing a similar size Kenmore.

Great fridge, teplaced our model we purchased 5 years ago, O like that there are only 2 shelves in freezer which allow more space. The frigdge shelving does not allow enough space for taller items, but that may just mean i need to lower the shelving

very good refrigerator overall, however the need to open both upper doors to get to the deli meat drawer is a design flaw. Since the delivery crew would not install the water line, I am still without water and ice until I hire a plumber.

Refrigerator started malfunction and it is not even one year since the purchase . Water leaking randomly from the water dispenser. Now, the refrigerator makes a load pounding sound all day like the motor is working overtime . Do not buy the total tech membership . It is the biggest scam . You call the customer service line and they will waste your time and dodge the problem back to the manufacturer. Best Buy use to be my favorite store . It was store that stood behind the products it sold . The golden days are over . No one takes ownership and you will spend hours talking to workers in the store and on the phone to end up at square 0 . I bought a Ring camera that is stuck in the closet for 2 years because Best Buy could schedule the correct technician for the job . They constantly have excuses like - the other Best Buy worker doesn’t know the policy . Seems like no one knows the purpose of their role .

Excellent service professional installation...taking old refridgerator out of house and bringing new KitchenAid refridgerator in and setting it up. They went over all the details about my new fridge and programmed the temperature and water panel. Love that I can push once to fill a glass with water and not having to keep pushing in on the button. Love my KitchenAid Refrigerator

Uoside. It's a good refrigerator; functions well, quiet, lots of compartments-- all as expected. Only had it a few weeks so far. Downside: would have looked even better if we could have gotten the fridge to match the rest of our Kitchenaid appliances in black without having to wait 30+ days and evn then with mo gaurantee. That was disappointing. So instead we have it in stainless steel.

We had this fridge from August 2023 to January 2025. We kept telling ourselves that it was higher end and that it should last for a long time. It started making strange noises after a few months. The noises kept getting worse until it completely failed. Lights were flickering inside and in the ice dispenser. Then it turned into a huge brick. We lost all the food in there. The ice maker is very very slow. You have to harvest ice all day into the bottom freezer and constantly start the ice boost mode just to have enough for 3 people per day. Super annoying. We ended up cutting our losses since it’s past the warranty and we are having a Bosch delivered today. Plus we paid for the extended warranty just in case

Fridge looks and works amazing so far! Best Buy did an amazing and hassle-free install for me. I recommend the fridge and total tech support so you can get the warranty and installation included! Makes the price so much more worth it!

We love the refrigerator. The size and organization of shelves gives us so much space. The only issue is that the large drawer opens on its own when you open the french doors.

We bought this identical refrigerator from Best Buy in 2018. Within 4 years it broke for the first time. From October 2022 - July 2024 it had 11 major repairs through the warranty company Domestic & General (866) 333-3134. After the 11th repair I complained about being without a refrigerator from June 2024 - August 2024 and they finally replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one. I will probably NEVER buy another Whirlpool/Kitchen Aide product again, and if I do I will NOT an ice-maker through the door. I will probably go with a very simple top freezer model or a simple side by side. Right now in my garage is 22 year old Kenmore that still freezes great & the refrigerator keeps everything very chilled! They certainly don’t make them like that anymore! It’s very sad!
