Excellent sales at time of purchase and quick and professional install. The installers had to make slight adjustment to make it fit and they did an excellent job. All contacts I made were friendly and helpful

When convection is on it makes loud rasping noises on and off and when it cools off it's also very loud and long.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Didn’t come with all the parts - and now less than 10 months of having the ovens, the electrical panel has failed. And to top it off, even though it’s under warranty - they can’t come out and even look at it for at least 5 weeks. All around, a horrible experience. Do not purchase this product.

Product appears to be good. The Kitchenaid Support Organization is not very good. I needed the weight of the oven both with and without the doors for installation. This information was not available taking numerous calls to obtain.

Had all the bells and whistles. Great performance. Everything has come out to perfection. Large capacity which is nice for holidays.

Love my new oven for traditional baking. Have tried the convection method 3 times— doesn’t seem to work as advertised (ie, foster,more even cooking). Not sure what I’m doing wrong (?).

Don't buy this oven! I give my 3-month old, $4,000 oven one star because it is pretty. But it doesn't hold a correct temperature. Everything takes 15-25% longer to cook. Open the door after preheating and the temp drops 25 degrees and takes 5 minutes to rebound to the set temp. Then it fluctuates plus/minus 30 degrees during cooking. Biscuits that should take 15 minutes take 25+. Kitchenaid's (Whirlpool) experts say this is normal operation - BULL. Also, this oven fan exhausts hot air that will raise your kitchen temperature 5 degrees! Bad warranty; bad service; bad oven.

So far so good, no issues we need to get use to convention cooking but other then that all good.

This replaced a 23 year old Kitchenaid oven that works great until the control panel failed & no replacement parts were made anymore. Put this in December 2020. After using it a few months it has not worked as the old one. Set temp at 350 & a separate thermometer reads 290. Step-up to 400 on oven but temps reads 350 on thermometer. Also takes a very long time to pre-heat. Much longer then the old one. And it also doesn't heat evenly. Baked biscuits & the back biscuits burn while the front biscuits were not done. At this point I called Bestbuy but they refereed to to Whirlpool which is parent of Kitchenaid. I now await what they will do to fix or replace this.

Just bought this awesome double oven works pretty well

The worst. Because no one bothered to make sure the size of the 27 I had and was told they are all standard it it will fit fine. It did not !!!

It doesn't heat on the bottom oven. The top oven doesn't get to the right temp. The oven light will not go off, the oven racks never cool down (12 hours later, the racks are still too hot touch) The cooling down cycle is so loud we can hear it in the other room with a movie on. I HATE IT. We are not keeping it. My other kitchen aid wasn't great either. Cannot use the self clean without taking out the mother board (happened 4 times to me), But the Kitchen aid fits in the hole...so don't have to buy all new cabinets....

Chose black over silver. Well lit and spacious inside. And it comes with a cooking thermometer. Best buy did a good job with the delivery, installation and removal of the old unit.
