I needed to replace my 23 year old built-in Whirlpool oven, and found this perfect replacement. Even though it fits perfectly in the same 27" opening, the interior space is much larger. The racks are so nice and I love the ones that glide. I haven't used all the features yet, but I have really enjoyed the fact that BOTH ovens are convection and self-cleaning.

This is a great product it works absolutely great and it’s just beautiful in the kitchen. The delivery and installation process was completely painless and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. The bottom line is this double oven works great, heat is even in the ovens and it is super easy to use.

Great oven. I was replacing a GE double oven. I hated it was sized at a 27" due to the kitchen cabinet. I was so pleased how much room this oven gave me and the amazing features. I am still learning the convection part but cannot wait to continue using both my ovens. I love the each oven has the same features.

We are very satisfied with our KA double oven, except for the noise of the exhaust fan. We originally ordered an KA wall oven microwave combination 8 months prior, but got tired of the delivery delays and grabbed the double oven in inventory

Man...did I make major points with my wife when I purchased these double convection ovens for my wife. She has put them into quick use with holiday cooking. These ovens definitely carry the WOW factor!!! Everyone that has seen them has that, " double oven eye envy". She is in ecstasy!!!

We just got our new KitchenAid electric double oven and we couldn’t be happier! We replaced a KitchenAid oven we had for over 20 years and had limited brand options because it had to be 27 in. I was worried I would not like it as much as my old oven, but it performs beautifully and I love the new design and features.

Great oven and service- Delivered and installed on time. Old Thermador was removed and replaced with new Kitchen Aid in 30 minutes and I was cooking!

Nice Oven . Easy to learn . Better than our all previous ovens owned.

It has been one year of use. The interior lights began to flicker after the third month so I called for service. They had to change-out the control board to fix that. Now the top oven circulation fan is making a bad growling noise heard through the house. I traced it down to the 'slap-together' method the fan cowl and the heat coil inside the cowl are mounted to the interior oven wall. They are both loose and vibrate loudly. That is a design flaw, something I can't forgive. I will fix that after I find a suitable material that can handle the self-cleaning heat, and will stop the rattling. The self-cleaning doesn't do a thing for the interior glass window. I have tried to clean it but without much success, even with a mild baking soda solution. I have ordered a new window, something I will have to do annually I suppose. The one star I gave it is because it gets hot and cooks; something I can accomplish for a lot less than $3,200.

I have enjoyed using this oven and it looks great! Only complaint I have is trying to use the convection oven it has a option to convert the recipe temperature and time but unless you are ready to put the product in right when it’s ready then it can be a little bit complicated. But it works great and is a beautiful unit.

Our wall cutout would not accommodate the larger 30" but the 27" double convection oven really is sufficient for most needs. It looks ultra-modern and has all the latest electronics at a fair price. Like KitchenAid a lot.

After doing much research, I chose to purchase the kitchen aid 27 inch double oven. I was still nervous because of several reviews I read citing problems with "New oven smell " and noisy fan issues. I am happy to say, neither are a problem. I heated both ovens after installation, to get past "New oven smell" . I did discover that bottom oven is better used as primary oven as heat is dissipated through bottom vent after use. I used both ovens for Thanksgiving dinner and I couldn't have been more pleased with accurate temperature and cooking precision! And it looks terrific !

So far, fantastically well! We have been busy trying old recipes and a couple of new ones. For Thanksgiving we roasted a rear pig leg and it turned great. The ovens are very quite and so far everything we have done has turned out nice. One thing that I wish was different, is the Timer Alarm. It is a nice tune, but it is soft and sometimes hard to hear. I haven't look into the manual yet to see if it can be turn up to a higher sound volume. Besides that, so far so great!

Love my new ovens. There is a learning curve because convection is new for me but there is a feature to convert a recipe to convection built into the control panel. Yeah! Still discovering all the features.

We just replaced all of our major appliances with stainless steel. We had an older black Kitchenaid 27 inch double oven and replaced it with a new stainless steel Kitchenaid 27 inch double convection oven and it is great. We also replaced our LG black dishwasher (which was very quite but would not dry plastic items in the upper racks because it did not have power drying). This Kitchenaid Dishwasher is just as quite but it will dry everything. Best dishwasher and double oven we have even owned in 50 years. Would have bought a Kitchenaid Refrigerator but the Whirlpool French door 25 sq ft model was half the price and basically the same (Whirlpool builds Kitchenaid).

The double oven is great. Love the fingerprint less finish. Look and design are sleek.

I love this oven. It's easy to use and looks great. The large windows allow you to see what's going on with whatever you are cooking without opening the door. The triple racks are very handy.

Got help buying the oven online thru chat with Travis. Very easy. Had questions about my order and got help thru phone call with Rose. Oven works great so far, hope it is as good as your employees were.

Excellent even cooking. Spacious interior with easy glide racks. The oven heats up quickly and you can very easily convert cook times to convection setting. I also love the blue interior, really nice touch. I am very happy with my purchase!
