This is a very nice looking oven and as far as cooking it works good. For some reason, our oven lights flicker when warming up and we even had Whirlpool replace our original oven under warranty and the new one does the same thing. Not sure if anybody else has ever had this issue or not. We have ruled out electrical issues at our home. Some things we don't like about this oven is that there is only one timer, Lights come on in both ovens at same time (not independent), and when you open the bottom oven steam clouds the top oven window. Not sure if I'd buy another Kitchen Aid oven in the future considering the cost and these issues.

Man...did I make major points with my wife when I purchased these double convection ovens for my wife. She has put them into quick use with holiday cooking. These ovens definitely carry the WOW factor!!! Everyone that has seen them has that, " double oven eye envy". She is in ecstasy!!!

Replaced my old double oven with these. After a slight learning curve (no knobs, all controls operate by touch) I am pleased to give this unit 5 stars. Easy to keep clean; great slide-out racks; convection baking in both cuts baking time; and, an automatic probe for roasting to the exact temperature you want! Great product!

Great oven! It looks beautiful and performs very well. So happy with my purchase. Using it is much more “intuitive” than my previous GE oven. I’ve also purchased other kitchen appliances with this brand and have been very satisfied.

Love my new ovens they are great. Installation was smooth and they even arrived several hours early. The only downfall is the measurement team Best Buy sent out was horrible. They took the measurements totally wrong which was very obvious if you are able to read a tape measure.

I love this oven. It's easy to use and looks great. The large windows allow you to see what's going on with whatever you are cooking without opening the door. The triple racks are very handy.

Excellent even cooking. Spacious interior with easy glide racks. The oven heats up quickly and you can very easily convert cook times to convection setting. I also love the blue interior, really nice touch. I am very happy with my purchase!

Wonderful to have convection ovens as an option. We love how easy this is to use and that it does its work so well. It is an attractive addition to our kitchen and an exciting new tool to produce yummy meals.

Replaced on older single oven/microwave combo with this double-oven and have found that it's very quick to heat up, very quiet and cools down quickly and efficiently as well. As opposed to other double ovens we considered, the ovens here are each as close to full-size (as you might find with a standing oven) providing plenty of cooking space on it's various slide-out racks. The touch controls require a little getting used to as some of them, notably the number pad, are shared across the two ovens while others are unique to the upper/lower oven but you'll be cooking away with little thought after using them 2-3 times.

I absolutely love my new double oven! It is double convection and cooks food to perfection with so many great features including rapid preheat and convect roast.

this is an excellent pair of ovens... regular and convection upper and lower and self cleaning.... both work well and the racks and design are all thought out well.... and easy to use...very happy w/ this...

Did not realize my old oven was struggling until I baked with this one. PERFECT!!. Oven light is so incredible, it is almost like I opened the door.

We purchased this double oven just before the holidays, and it performed wonderfully through many holiday meals and baking marathons. My only concern is that occasionally the viewing window of the top oven will fog (internally) due to steam from the lower oven. So far the fog has cleared on its own, but I’ve read reviews where others weren’t as fortunate. It bakes evenly, and the convection features were a big help in speeding along holiday meal prep.

Beautiful ovens. Love the blue interior, huge windows and pull out racks. This replaced a 25 year old Jenn Air and the difference is 100 times better. Both ovens have convection and there is a proof setting for bread makers. Could not be happier!

I love my KitchenAid Double Electric Convection Wall oven. Although, I've only had it a short time, it seems to be working beautifully. I waited several months for this to be in stock and I think it is well worth the wait. Craig was the agent at Best Buy that took great care of me from start to finish. I highly recommend Craig. The installation of the oven was done professionally and without a hitch.

We love this new oven. It looks great and works well. I like how it comes with plenty of racks which have many ways to be adjusted.

Excellent build quality! We love the blue interior as it reflects interior lighting allowing us to see in without opening oven doors. The oven windows are also oversized improving visibility. Temperature probes in both ovens as well as convection with heating elements near convection fans in both ovens. This oven also asks if you would like to convert your normal recipe into a convection recipe. Very prestigious product!
