The oven performs extremely well in all respects. Unfortunately the oven originally delivered was dead on arrival and had to be replaced. When we reported the problem to KitchenAid they said they could quickly remedy it by sending their local technicians out to swap off control panels/sensors. Then a few days later they told us those parts were on back order and might not arrive for 21 business days. Best Buy agreed to exchange the unit but because we were beyond the 15-day return window we were charged a separate installation fee. In sum, fine oven but dubious quality control on Kitchen Aid’s part.

We have had these ovens in our updated kitchen for a year. They have been wonderful, love the look as well as the functionality. KitchenAid appliances are the way to go!

This Kitchen Aid oven is definitely worth buying. Your food comes out really nice and it has an easy to use display. Very elegant look too

Our new Kitchen Aid double oven has numerous convection settings, pre-Heats quickly, ball bearing racks that come out 100% and even heat throughout. The inside porcelain color is a beautiful blue and the outside appearance is stylish This replaced an 18 year old Thermador which we loved. It is one of the few double ovens in a 27” but has everything one needs especially to cook Thanksgiving for a family of 42.

There are only a few (minor) complaints: 1. when you open either oven door, BOTH oven lights turn on 2. when you use convection modes you are ALWAYS asked two questions: First, do you want to convert the recipe temperature (1 = Yes, 2 = No), and Second, would you like Rapid Preheat. It's tedious to answer, especially because non-convection modes do not ask. Too bad you cannot configure the oven to turn this off. 3. the lowest temperature you can set is 170, which is a little high for plate warming. On the upside, baking/broiling performance has been great. I haven't used the cleaning cycle yet, but the oven cleans up nicely with just a sponge so far--I guess I'm not very messy!

This is a great edition to anyone kitchen. Top & bottom convection. With option for normal cooking times available ..lots of options. 2 negatives - the stainless steel would have been awesome if it was finger print free. & when you put the oven light on it brings on both top & bottom .I think this both top & bottom should have seperate light option . But all in all cookes fealy well & even !!!!

Purchased to replace 15 year old JennAire double oven the stopped working. I really like the fact that it has a temperature probe which makes roasting so much easier than before. I’ve already cooked a couple of large pieces of meat in the oven, and they’ve come out perfectly both times. The oven heats up quickly, and I love the high-end professional look. No complaints so far, and the installation team did a great job making sure it fit perfectly.

I was fortunate to buy this on sale as it is a bit out of my price range when fully priced. That said, it is a phenomenal oven and if it goes on sale I can’t recommend it more highly. It preheats reasonably fast, cooks consistently, has double convection, is really easy to see inside, and looks phenomenal. If I had it to do over again I’d buy this oven again in a heartbeat.

Our old kitchen aid ovens failed because of lightning. We love the new ovens even better!!!

Have been using this oven for a few months now about 2-3 times a week. Best oven I’ve had to date. Simple array of functions, works well, looks sleek. No complaints so far. Very happy with this purchase

I love, love, love my new KitchenAid double ovens. They are beautiful to behold, and they cook like a dream too. There are 3 racks in each, and they glide out so easily. Love the fast pre-heat option. These are quiet during use and cool down (my last set whistled forever before finally cooling). There is nothing that isn't great about this wall oven set! Best Buy gave me a good price and terrific service all around.

Like the sleek look of this double oven. There are 3 racks for each unit with enough room for 2 casserole dishes side by side. I could cook 12 casserole dishes which is just in time for the holidays! Very easy to operate too.

I needed to replace my 23 year old built-in Whirlpool oven, and found this perfect replacement. Even though it fits perfectly in the same 27" opening, the interior space is much larger. The racks are so nice and I love the ones that glide. I haven't used all the features yet, but I have really enjoyed the fact that BOTH ovens are convection and self-cleaning.

We are very satisfied with our KA double oven, except for the noise of the exhaust fan. We originally ordered an KA wall oven microwave combination 8 months prior, but got tired of the delivery delays and grabbed the double oven in inventory

This is a great product it works absolutely great and it’s just beautiful in the kitchen. The delivery and installation process was completely painless and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. The bottom line is this double oven works great, heat is even in the ovens and it is super easy to use.

Great oven. I was replacing a GE double oven. I hated it was sized at a 27" due to the kitchen cabinet. I was so pleased how much room this oven gave me and the amazing features. I am still learning the convection part but cannot wait to continue using both my ovens. I love the each oven has the same features.
