Great product that is reliable and easy to use on a daily basis

Great replacement oven. Very quiet convection cooking function.

Day two with the new ovens, and it’s more failed bakes. I have already called Best Buy’s excellent service, and the ovens are being replaced. My experience: The ovens take forever to heat up, and when they allegedly come to temperature, they are so far off that calibration is meaningless. Also, during the bake, using an in-oven thermometer (Kitchen Aid no less), the temperature fluctuated greatly and never came back to temp consistently over the 10 minutes that my cookies were trying to bake. Other things of note: There is only ONE timer on a SET OF DOUBLE OVENS. Annoying. Also… when your turn on the oven light, BOTH ovens light up. The same thing happens when you open up the oven door - peekaboo - everything shows! Just these two things demonstrate just how little the consumer was considered in the product development process. Not sure I have much of a warm and fuzzy for KA at this point, but Best Buy’s service? That was spectacular. PS - The Owner’s Manual that comes with the unit is poor too.

The KitchenAid ovens are the state of the art. My wife loves them. She is looking forward to future holidays to prepare meals for the family. I highly recommend this product. Coupled, with customer service which was also excellent.

Great double convection oven . Loved it , very user friendly, easy to clean and bakes evenly and baking time real matched the recipe time. Excellent oven , loved its look too.

KitchenAid wall oven was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised by the difference from old one.

This is the best oven we ever bought. We had a Thermador oven, at twice the price, which was nowhere near the quality of this well designed oven.

replaced an older kitchenAid double oven. New racks are better quality racks and convection bake is new to me. I love convection. Baked a chicken and it was moister. Made scones that were perfect.

Purchased this oven due to high ratings and features (double convection, self-cleaning, shabbat mode). Have used both for various dishes and it has worked to spec. Controls are easy to understand.

Is 1,000 X better than the Kenmore Double Wall oven that we just replaced. Looks very nice especially with oven light on which highlights the blue inside walls. So far is very good.

The 27” double oven has easy to follow electronics. Allow for an extra 1/4” more than the specified min opening. Lesson learned. Love this oven!

The oven with both convection and conventional cooking ability is easy to use in both.

We just recently purchased the KitchenAid Built-in-Double electric oven and have not had too many opportunities to test it out. So far, it seems that it will heat evenly and is easy to use.

Love this oven! However ligjts are extremely hot and can heat food or pans if left on. Just have to get used to that. Bakes and heats with perfection!

Amazing oven. We originally ordered the wrong size, Best Buy was able to swap it out a week later at no additional cost.

Has easy-to-understand, intuitive controls and cooked perfectly from the start (even when using both ovens at once). The temperature probe worked beautifully.
