I debated on buying a double oven with two convection ovens. I am very happy.

It has been one year of use. The interior lights began to flicker after the third month so I called for service. They had to change-out the control board to fix that. Now the top oven circulation fan is making a bad growling noise heard through the house. I traced it down to the 'slap-together' method the fan cowl and the heat coil inside the cowl are mounted to the interior oven wall. They are both loose and vibrate loudly. That is a design flaw, something I can't forgive. I will fix that after I find a suitable material that can handle the self-cleaning heat, and will stop the rattling. The self-cleaning doesn't do a thing for the interior glass window. I have tried to clean it but without much success, even with a mild baking soda solution. I have ordered a new window, something I will have to do annually I suppose. The one star I gave it is because it gets hot and cooks; something I can accomplish for a lot less than $3,200.

The oven works really well and very satisfied with it.

Our wall cutout would not accommodate the larger 30" but the 27" double convection oven really is sufficient for most needs. It looks ultra-modern and has all the latest electronics at a fair price. Like KitchenAid a lot.

Looks wonderful. I havent had a chance to use all the features yet, but I look forward to using the convection feature.

This is truly a fantastic product. Presentation is similar to much more expensive products. I would highly recommend! Had a GE initially, and the oven was defective right of box!

Great oven - size is amazing, really it’s like two full sized ovens. Fit for life was a blessing as I replaced a double wall oven from the 1980’s and it was a perfect fit. Lots of features that I’m still learning but I love the smart convection.

We love our new double oven! Best Buy was so easy to work with. We had a little hitch in our delivery but it was handled professionally and with care.

Sales at the store great however when he came to delivery they told me a certain time they changed it without telling me until the day of delivery I need to work on that

Replaced 17 yr old Kitchen Aid double oven as old one was cooking unevenly due to electronic board failure. New Kitchen Aid ovens have correct temp and cook beautifully. Highly recommended.

Amazing find for double, wall, upper and lower convection, high end oven in 27”. Delivery was smooth and install crew was helpful and skilled. Delivery and install was within the week that I ordered.

So far love this oven! Not too complicated to use. I'm new to "convection" cooking so I'm not sure how it compares to other convection ovens...still mastering how to use that part. Love the way they look and the interior options as well.

Looks great, cooks great, works like a charm. My only two complaints are the beeping timing indicator isn't loud enough - hard to hear if your even 10 feet away, and the oven door doesn't stay all the way open, it slowing retracts towards closed which could amount to some problems.

I'm enjoying having 2 ovens, but am struggling to figure out how to set the clock, timer,...bevause a manual was no5 included

So far these are performing as advertised. Happy with my purchase

Great product! Cooks very efficiently - love the design!

Beautiful oven. Just learning how to operate it as some controls are a little different. I just had it self clean. The glass part does not clean well unfortunately. Other than that, I love it.
