The oven works well but the installation by Best Buy has been a nightmare. My suggestion to anyone deciding to use Best Buy is to be aware that the installers that they hire are not Best Buy employees but the cheapest that Best Buy can find and if they cause ANY damage to your home, Best Buy quickly washes their hand of any responsibility, leaving you high and dry. It is simply awful!!

A great oven. Beautiful, performs well. Temperatures are accurate. Good lighting inside so easy to see food cooking. Shelves easy to slide and plenty of them. About 6 weeks new. No problems so far.

This oven is very sleek and overall beautiful. It is a bit noisy. Also we were hoping it would heat up really quickly. But it still takes 20 minutes to get to 425. I would think a brand new oven would heat up a bit quicker.

I love my new Kitchen Aid electric double oven, it nice and large inside, has a rack that glides and it lights up !!

This was sold to me with a delivery date of med September, then it became mid October, now it is in November. This is a great product, however your service is not.

I have been using it. Not a whole lot yet. Works well. So far, I like it. Looks pretty also.

We are very happy with our KitchenAid double oven, the one controls are very intuitive. Having 6 oven racks allows for a fast turnaround when making cookies.

I absolutely love my double oven! It is wonderful to have the extra space inside and the option of cooking two things at different temps at once.

Perfect cooker, I highly recommend it, I do not know how I lasted without it.

Great product and thrilled with quality. The oven convection feature is what we preferred, and this feature is on lower oven as well.

It was a floor model. Tiny scratch I didn’t see in the store but I accepted the oven. I ran it 3x to get rid of the chemical smell but I haven’t used it yet

The oven looks great, but I have been disappointed with baking outcomes using convection mode. Despite following the instructions exactly, cookie recipes I've perfected over years are now cooking unevenly (brown on the edge and raw in the middle). Top rack gets done way faster. I called KA and they had me do a biscuit test. Oven seemed to do just fine--regular bake mode/one cookie sheet. I'm going to call them again and have someone come out. Super bummed--this oven is quite expensive and don't think it should be this much trouble.

We were impressed by its line compressor design with 10 years warranty. It's been in our kitchen for four weeks now without any issues. The running noise is comparable to our original 15 years' old Kitchen-Aid, but nothing special. Hopefully it won't disappoint us.

Easy to figure out. Love the double convection. Nice baking racks and the oven is spacious

Had it for about a month. Like it so far. Doesn't seem to heat up the house like our old oven did.

Don't buy this oven! I give my 3-month old, $4,000 oven one star because it is pretty. But it doesn't hold a correct temperature. Everything takes 15-25% longer to cook. Open the door after preheating and the temp drops 25 degrees and takes 5 minutes to rebound to the set temp. Then it fluctuates plus/minus 30 degrees during cooking. Biscuits that should take 15 minutes take 25+. Kitchenaid's (Whirlpool) experts say this is normal operation - BULL. Also, this oven fan exhausts hot air that will raise your kitchen temperature 5 degrees! Bad warranty; bad service; bad oven.

Great rapid preheat, consistent and even cooking...emphasis on performance and not useless, fancy technology.

The double ovens look great and work well. Lots of neat features, such as the convection setting readjusting the cooking temp/time for conventional oven times. Very happy with KitchenAid products!
