When the new wall oven was scheduled to be delivered and installed, the installer informed us that the wall oven Best Buy recommended didn't fit and they are not authorized to do the work. Now, I am trying to find someone last minute to expand the opening so the new wall oven can fit. I purchased Best Buy TotalTech thinking it would save me money, but that has proven otherwise. TotalTech appears to be only worth it if everything is perfect, and assuming Best Buy recommends appliances that fit.

No power. Nothing. Googled troubleshooting and saw there's a class action lawsuit regarding this issue. Should not sell these if there's an ongoing problem! So now I have to have it repaired and I guess never use the self clean feature again. Stuck with it.
