The biggest problem that I have is that the installer did not install it properly. I have notified the in-home sales consultant but he never has returned my call, even after I sent him pictures of where the oven has gaps from where it sticks out. In addition, the installer had to do some drilling/cutting and he did not put any plastic down or advise me in advance and therefore, he got sawdust all over my clean decor/dishes/appliances and items that were in an alcove next to the oven area. Now my very expensive Ninja Mixer will no longer work because of the fine debris that got clogged up in there and I have to send it off for repair. It was working perfectly before this install. The install was supposed to happen two other times, however one Saturday the installers just failed to show up altogether. Then I was promised by the owner he would be there the next Tuesday, however he got sick, so he sent the installer that came. He was a very pleasant guy, he just should have had a drop cloth to place over my items or advised me in advance so I could put a sheet over my stuff to protect from the debris.

There was a spot on the oven floor where enamel was peeled and could see the stainless steel. This could cause more issues in the future. I sent a picture and email to geeks and have not heard back. This is an expensive purchase and product was not delivered in perfect condition. Very unhappy. Call me back. I always purchase from BB, but will have to think twice now.

Now we have to wait a week and a half for a Kitchenaid technician to come look at it. I will update the review after the oven works.
