I purchased this oven during July 4th sale and accepted delivery on July 31st in anticipation of kitchen remodel. When it was installed the first week of October, it would not heat at all. The screen would show that it was preheating, but it never heated. I called Best Buy but they said that Whirlool was the manufacturer of KitchenAid and would not allow Best Buy to work on them. I had to contact Whirlpool service and they set up an appointment with Apple Appliance. I called on that day to verify that they were coming and they had no record of the appointment. She was working on her schedule and said she would call back to let me know when they could come. She never called. I called the next day and she set me up for the next day (Wednesday). Again, I waited until late afternoon and called to ensure they were coming and she told me they were running behind but would be here. Of course, they never showed and when researching on line, I found many complaints about this company. Everyone had the same issue I did. I called Whirlpool and explained the problem ( Thanksgiving was in two weeks) and asked for a local company that will honor the warranty. I will be waiting for that company on Monday. I cannot believe that Whirlpool (KitchenAid) would deal with any repair service such as Apple Appliance in Lanham, MD. I am also disappointed that they did not just replace my oven in the first place. I have lost my faith in KitchenAid. This unit was costly and this issue should have been resolved immediately.
