This replaced a '90s GE unit, so I expected to be impressed, but...WOW. The UX is extremely well designed. Performance exceeds expectations. The interior is large for the class. This is the first oven I've used where I can accurately monitor what's going on using the window. It's really nice. Also, it looks great. Very happy.

This oven/micro combo is really nice. I love the oven light, you can see your food perfectly. Its very quiet, even with the convection fan running. The only thing I would warn people about is that because the micro door opens down, you can't have the unit too high on the wall.

I’m so excited to have my new Kitchen Aid Oven/ microwave Installed. I was using an old Oven and Microwave that was new when I bought my house in 1997. The first and most obvious improvement is how it looks! What a difference to have a beautiful, updated oven. I love that the inside is blue! The microwave is impressive and easy to use. I have not used the convection feature yet but it’s a wonderful option. I’m extremely happy!

So far we are very happy with this purchase. Looks like a high end appliance and works great.

This KitchenAid 27" microwave and oven combination is fantastic built-in, stainless steel.

Purchased this KitchenAid microwave/oven combo to replace our 16 year old oven. Looks great and so far works well! Love the true convection feature and am learning to use the easy convection feature of the microwave. Hope KitchenAid has adjusted the microwave door spring. Our old microwave door spring snapped three times and had to be replaced. Luckily 2 times was covered by the extended warranty. So far, nice looking oven, love it!

I've had this oven over a month now and really love it. It's quiet and preheats quickly and cooks evenly on the convection. I haven't tried the microwave - convection cook option yet. And really like the pullout rack in the oven. Only thing that could be improved is if the keyboard lit up.

Best Oven/Microwave we have ever owned. Already in love with it. Love the heating element in the microwave.. and the convection fams. The large window the full height of the oven and halogennlights make it easy to watch things baking. Awesome oven!!

The combination Micro/Oven from Kitchen Aid was well received. Due tomthe 27 inch model, it had to be ordered. However, Allison, assisted in the process and things went exactly as planned. Delivery guys were great and had been there before. Two years ago we bought our house as is and renovated it. We bought 5 appliances at the time amd bundled them Again, all went well. Thanks again Allison at Best Buy. Look forward to working with Best Buy in future.

I think highly of KitchenAid and we are finalizing an appliance update to the entire kitchen; however I really wanted a double oven but was challenged due to tight space. At the end of the day I feel like we had to compromise with only two options for a 27" microwave/oven, either GE or KitchenAid - GE being back-ordered due to COVID-19. My biggest frustration is the noise, we bought the convection oven because it cooks/bakes better, but the whistling sound the oven makes and the length of time to cool it down is quite loud and annoying. Its actually highly distracting, I would have given this a four star rating except for that noise level. Even the microwave cool down is noisy.

The built-in oven micro combo is great. Only downside is the way the micro opens. My arms are not quite long enough to make the stretch easy.

On January 14, 2020, the installer who did the site survey (Enrique) came with an assistant and installed our new convection wall oven, with built-in microwave. It was a very close call, but he was able to make it fit. An expert job was done. We could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Kitchen Aid is beautiful. I was surprised it’s Whirlpool. It takes a minute to understand, still haven’t read the manual, it has a lot Imodium bells and whistles. I can get a better meal in less than 20 minutes using microwave and oven

This combination microwave and wall oven, with option of convection is amazing. Beautiful inside and out, easy to use, cooks and microwaves so well, and oven is so quiet. Have been using it for a month and couldn’t be happier!

Very happy with this purchase that replaced a older version KitchenAid model, from the stainless steel handles to the interior bright colorful insides it is well built there are so many options now than a older 10 year old model .

My last oven was also a KitchenAid, purchased at Pacific Sales, also, in 2001. It was a far superior product. This one is 25-50o off, and you can’t hear the timer at all. That is to say nothing of the fact that the first one installed, the microwave worked, but the regular oven did not work at all. It was replaced, thank goodness. Bah Humbug! Sorry.

Great looking oven and feature rich. The only complaint I have is that it takes longer to reach desired oven temperature compared to my 15 year old Kitchen Aid.
