New unit received was defective and it was cooling properly. Several boxes of vegetables and dairy products had to discard. The good thing about Best Buy was that my new unit was replaced shortly for another new unit. Now unit is working great! Thanks

We needed a new fridge fast and I was able to find this one in Gainesville. It was an open-box, but it was in perfect condition! Still not sure why somebody would have wanted to return it but their loss...my gain! Great fridge inside and out!

Nice looking fridge on the inside and outside. Perfect amount of space for items it all areas of the refrigerator and freezer. Internal layout thought out well by KitchenAid for maximized space.

Wonderful refrigerator, dont miss 2nd drawer like I thought I would. Food seems to last longer than with my previous Samsung model. Very handsome in new kitchen

It’s only been about two months since purchasing but it’s immaculate, extravagant, and more silent than my old kitchenaid

It is a beautiful refrigerator. Matches great with our oven/microwave built in and dishwasher. Problem is first delivery it was dead. Second and third deliveries the shelves inside tilted up and to left and right and front chrome parts were all scratched up. There is blue sticky tape that we cannot get off. Also the ice maker has a very slow drip on the door into the tray. Finally after 3 tries I ordered an LG (which I have in my other place and it came perfect with no problems since). I've since seen multiple reviews (and the BB customer service person told me) pointing out the same problems with others.

This refrigerator is cheap runs loud . Ice maker and lights went out already and stainless steel has peeled and rusted

The price you’ll pay for this refrigerator you purchase a nice refrigerator and have a $1000+ in your pocket. My refrigerator is less than 3 years old. My refrigerator stopped cooling because the evaporator fan went bad already. Kitchen Aid warranty is very limited after one year. I had to $400+ to replace this part through Kitchen Aid authorized service provider. I thought Kitchen Aid was top of the line hence the price tag ! Save your money !

The team at the Kokomo Indiana store was outstanding! The deal on a new Kitchen Aid refrigerator was way better than anything we found at other retailers! In fact we even referred another family member to this store for their new appliances! Highly recommend this location.

The exterior design is nice, but interior looks a bit cheap and the racks were not aligned. It could also be that we got a defect. Inside the fridge there are many scratches when we received them, and there was a patch on the wall. The skid was also broken. We even found a label says “broken skid and return to L4”. We did not buy an open box product, and it is supposed to be brand new. We paid 30 dollars for installation Bestbuy just handed us the water pipe then left… it took hours on the phone talking to the customer service after several transfers to get it returned… I am very shocked and disappointed with Best Buy. We ended up buying a replacement with cheaper than best buy price which is a newer model of this one in one of our local appliance stores delivered within a week, and the fridge is perfect. If you see this review, please go check out your local appliance store, it will be cheaper and better service, which I did not expect until this time. Will never buy an appliance from Best Buy ever.

All the drawers were cracked and scratched. The freezer was dirty. Definitely was used and returned and then shipped to us.

I compared many different brands and models and I love this refrigerator better than the competitors at a similar price point. The design, the materials and the fact that it was available in white made a great fit for our kitchen. I saw others mention that on the black refrigerators the side was gray. This refrigerator was white all around including the sides so this is not an issue if you get this color.

I wish I could write a good review for this refrigerator but after 14 months (when the 1 year warranty ran out), the water tray formed rust spots at each corner. When I contacted customer support they said since the 1 year warranty expired I was out of luck. When you pay 3K for a refrigerator, you would assume the water tray would be sealed correctly. I am a single person home so the wear and tear is minimal and I certainly don't allow water to sit in the tray. Very disappointing to say the least! Would not recommend!
