Beautiful and sleek. Looks great in our kitchen with the suite of other KitchenAid appliances we got. It is a very quiet machine. Plenty of food storage space. the only thing I don't like is the ice maker. with it being in the fridge area, the cubes dehydrate and stick together. Would be better to have the option to have an icemaker in the freezer somehow

This is a very roomy refrigerator. Pretty color. Like the staggered shelving and door storage. Slight problem with the ice maker randomly dripping water inside the refrigerator. Ice is smaller than our last refrigerator, but that is ok. Also bottom freezer door sometimes rubs up against the sides or gets out of alignment and makes noise when opening/closing. Trying to figure out what is causing this, but have been unable to so far. Quiet running and is keeping food cold. Wish we could change out the handles. Not sure we like the tubular design, but great for gripping. Just purchased a couple of weeks ago, so can't speak of reliability.

Very nice looking. Purchased at the same time as stove, microwave, and dishwasher so they matched. I really like the style with the freezer on the bottom. Feels like there is more room in both the freezer and upper area than there was in our old refrigerator which had the same cubic space. My only dislike is the ice cubes that come out of the ice cube maker. They are really small and melt fast in drinks. This is the only negative comment I have and can certainly live with smaller ice cubes.

Great refrigerator with lots of room. Love the adjustable shelf for tall items. It seems to be making ice a bit slower than my previous fridge however it’s still getting the job done.

We purchased this fridge after our 8 year old Whirlpool one quit and having no luck getting it repaired. This one is almost identical to the Whirlpool one in terms of layout. I wish that the ice maker produced more ice. We have a 7 person family and are always out of ice during the hot summer months. It is a bit noisier than our old one. I do like that you can still dispense water/ice even if the other side is open.

Excellent so far. Very spacious. Ice takes a little while and it makes a bit of a quiet phone noise, but these are very minor issues.

The overall design allows you to maximize storage capacity while still having a really good visual on what’s inside - without having to shuffle things around. With good visibility, less food gets forgotten/wasted! Also, the little bit of pull out that the bottom shelf offers can be really useful, and also how the left side shelf can roll back to allow storage for tall items without having to rearrange the shelving is so helpful! (Think a tall pot of soup or a cake cover) I also like that there are separate dispensers for ice and water. Our last fridge had a single dispenser, and I constantly forgot to check the settings before getting water and would end up with ice tumbling into my cup when I didn’t want it. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice. Lots of drawers and slide outs, room for everything. Still working with ice dispenser. Ice cubes come out white, not sure why, maybe air in line? The water dispenser has cloudy water but it clears up quickly. Think it may be air bubbles. I bought this make of refrigerator because my new stove was kitchenaid, and the handles matched. You can hear when compressor comes on, it makes a little whiny sound. Overall it works as it is supposed to.

I do really like this refrigerator. For as pricey as it is though, it doesn't have many really great bells and whistles and extras that you get with it. Such as a butter keeper or wine bottle sleeve or wifi. I had an older model of this refrigerator for 15 years. I liked the meat cheese tray better in it because you could open one door and lift up the tray door. This one you do have to open both doors to get anything out of the meat and cheese tray. One thing I really do like better is the way the freezer is organized. It is more functional because of the area up front for things like frozen pizza and the enter separator. Other things I do really like is the icemaker in the door, the dispensing of liquids showing the ounces, the shelf inside that can be shortened to allow taller items below. They also improved the filter compartment. It is a beautiful appliance and so far so good. I hope this one lasts.

We bought this in a hurry as our other fridge stopped working. It’s fine. The features I didn’t notice that this one was missing was auto close doors. You’ve really follow through and push where as our other fridge was a slight push to close. This also doesn’t have a constant alarm if it isn’t closed all the way. I’ve walked by plenty of times where it’s slightly ajar and no sound to be heard. Other than that everything is fine.

I love this refrigerator. It has lots of space and is very well lit. The only thing I do not like is that it is loud while it runs and the ice dispenser is extremely loud. When the ice cube tray is filling up you can hear it also when dispensing ice it is disturbingly loud.

While I have always loved my KitchenAid appliances, this refrigerator, was an appliance I couldn’t wait to buy. However it has been one of the worst appliances in general, that I have ever owned. It is not worth the expense, short life span before issues arise and hassles of getting things fixed even though we bought the extended warranty and Best Buy has helped us get the broken down parts fixed. DON’T BUY THIS FRIDGE! The water system and ice maker leak, make a mess inside your fridge, dripping water and leaving residue all over your food. The ice maker is unusually VERY loud and the main reason I give this fridge two stars. The only reason I’m not giving it one star, is because the fridge does keep our food/drinks cold, it is nice looking and it matches our other KitchenAid appliances in our kitchen nicely. I can’t recommend another brand fridge in lieu of KitchenAid, but I’ll be staying away from whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid products going forward.

Really nice fridge. curved front makes it less prominent than the 5 drawer Kitchenaid model we replaced. The interior is very bright and open and it looks less full than it really is because there is a ton of storage in the very deep doors.
The white interior is not as nice as a grey but the white does brighten it up considerably. Separate ice and water dispensers eliminate the need for switching the settings that is necessary when there is one shared unit. Definitely recommended.

Great value with great inside lighting and shelf design. The ice maker is a little slow producing ice. The bottom handle to the freezer seems weak but other than that happy with product.

Aesthetically pleasing refrigerator with excellent interior lighting. I only wish the bottom interior refrigerator drawer was two half drawers to match the french doors versus a full drawer. If i want to get into the bottom drawer, I have to open both french doors.

Lots of room for storage. Would be a 5 but not as quiet as my previous refrigerator. Also the measurements were a little off. The height of the unit in the back is actually 3/8” taller than advertised and had to modify my cabinet over the top in order to get it installed.

This refrigerator clicks all the right boxes. The design is logical and holds more than our previous same-size fridge due to the conservation of space. The icemaker is contained compactly in the left door, rather than taking up 1/4th of the shelf space as in most refrigerators. The freezer compartment shelve allow easy access without having to pay extra for a second drawer. Also, there are no extraneous gadgets like cameras to watch your milk from work, so you're not paying extra for something you might use once, if ever.

We returned a Whirlpool that was nearly identical to this because it had a weird little drawer we couldn't find a use for, and the water dispenser squirted the water onto your hand. This fridge solves both of those issues! No little drawer, and an ice and water dispenser that has worked great. Everything else about this KitchenAid is pretty much the same (other than aesthetics). The fridge does make weird noises now and then, so don't expect silence! Every time the doors are closed it sounds like it is running a vacuum. All in all though, we are very happy so far. It's only been a month though, so time will tell.
