We returned a Whirlpool that was nearly identical to this because it had a weird little drawer we couldn't find a use for, and the water dispenser squirted the water onto your hand. This fridge solves both of those issues! No little drawer, and an ice and water dispenser that has worked great. Everything else about this KitchenAid is pretty much the same (other than aesthetics). The fridge does make weird noises now and then, so don't expect silence! Every time the doors are closed it sounds like it is running a vacuum. All in all though, we are very happy so far. It's only been a month though, so time will tell.

I had an earlier version of this particular model which was replaced with a new one. It had several design flaws which is now all been corrected. The most egregious was that the shelves that fit into the doors would not fit snugly what actually fall off. It works perfectly. There is no motor noise that is detectable. It seems to have a pleasant sound now and then that sounds like tiny raindrops on the roof.

I am Happy with purchase. It is Not counter depth which is ok. Cheaper and a little larger. One problem is cheese drawer slides out when I open door. Maybe bad installation. Not level Not thrilled with water dispenser Ice spills out of glass. Have to hold

Great quality brand-name refrigerator and lot of space inside. Printshield stainless material helps to keep it clean from fingerprints.

Old KitchenAid refrigerator still going strong after 12 years. Sadly, we had a second refrigerator -a French door Samsung- that passed away after 8.5 years. We are optimistic about this new French door KitchenAid. Very spacious. Little noisy compared to Samsung before it got sick.

nice looking fridge. works well and icemaker keeps up nicely for our ice needs. freezer holds more than i thought it would. i did put in for an exchange in case loud squeeking noise from long bottom drawer in fridge when opening and closing cannot be resolved by manufacturer.

It's a great refrigerator. The features are wonderful. Love the LED lights.

Works great - very cold and consistant temps. The only reason why its doesnt get 5 stars is because it noisier than it should be.

This fridge works great, I am really happy with the quality of it. I only have one complaint and that is the measured fill, it is not consistent. It will fill to the exact measurement, under fill or over fill. I have tried many times to calibrate it, just not sure why it is inconsistent. Other than that this is a great fridge and we are very happy with it. The ice maker is very load and sounds like someone is breaking in your home when dumping the ice. After the first night you get use to it.

The Refrigerator is excellent. Stylish , spacious, and simple to use. Dont, however, expect great service from the delivery ream. This is the second fridge that I’ve purchased from Best Buy, and the only thing that the delivery guys want to do is put it in the spot, and plug it in. You will have to attach water, unpack all inner workings, remove all tape,decals, and packing plastic, after they have attached the doors over it. One cannot call their delivery much of a service experience.

This refrigerator has great capacity, but the ice maker is just dreadfully underperforming. So few cubes are produced daily that we have to supplement with bags of ice. Wish I’d known before purchasing… but now you do.

We are still moving into a new house where we had this fridge installed, so we haven’t fully utilized it yet. So far, I love the way it looks and the amount of space it has. Ice cubes are smaller than I would like (especially for cocktails), but the bin has a nicely accessible design. Haven’t had a bottom pull out freezer before, so I’m not sure how that will go, but it is spacious with a double tray that is handy for organizing things.

Beautiful refrigerator with a lot of functions but the temperature in the refrigerator portion fluctuates quite a bit from as low as 27F to 41F. I check this with a digital thermometer in the unit.

This Kitchenaid refrigerator is a real upgrade from my old one. Even though they are the same cu ft. This one seems to have more room in it. I love the fact that the one shelf is divided in two so if you have a tall item to store, it can be pushed back to accommodate. Veey happy with this purchase!

Fantastic refrigerator. The LEDs are bright! The slide out storage shelf is super convenient. The crisper drawers work very well, and our food stays fresh for significantly longer. The storage in the freezer is very adequate even though it seems to fill up fast. The water and ice dispenser works very well. The ice maker gets a little loud when it is making a fresh batch. All in all I highly recommend this refrigerator!

Nice refrigerator. We got this deal with excellent price-quality. We had to wait a bit but it was well worth it!

Delivery was ok but they didn’t try hard to assemble and left partially disassembled. Overall the refrigerator is good but minor things like shelves aligning and noisy water dispenser keep it from being great.

This refrigerator has a lot of storage space. Very quiet. Has a door warning if the door is left open. The freezer has a lot of storage space also. The only issue we've had is the center storage drawer has a squeak when you open or close it. We are having other appliances delivered soon, and will have them check it out when they are here. We've only had it for a few weeks, but so far are pretty satisfied. We still haven't hooked up the water & ice yet because we are doing some remodeling in our kitchen.

Works good. Doors are an issue just like all other Kitchen aids we have had. Last one crapped out at 5 years. Luckily they still sold 5 year warranties at that point. Now its only 3 years. Compressors typically go at 4 years now on new fridges. We had issues with warranty. It wasn't best buy but crappy repair service we got, they have a couple and one is horrible other two were great. Crappy one got the compressor repair and could not get diagnoses right so best buy ended giving us are money back. SO we had to down grade to 3 door versus 4 door we had. Don't mind losing 4th door, deli drawers as this one has it inside. The water and ice is better on this one than 4 door one.
