Nice refrigerator. We got this deal with excellent price-quality. We had to wait a bit but it was well worth it!

I have had this refrigerator for one month. It is my first French Door and so far so good. I find it offers more space for storage overall compared to the side-by-side it replaced. The ice maker in the door gives me more space in the refrigerator compared to a fridge with ice maker in the fridge itself. That is one reason I chose KitchenAid over Samsung. The dual ice/water dispenser is nice, but the ice dispensing lever is a bit slow to activate. The freezer compartment offers plenty of freezer space and it is easy to "see" and to access your frozen foods. Frozen foods like meats without a flat side will not all off the shelf when the door is opened like in the traditional side-by-side model. It does not show fingerprints true to the advertised Printshield Stainless.

It is Very loud and.makes noise all day long. It is very annoying at time. Size it good to go

It's a little small, but I needed a refrigerator immediately for cheap, and I got this floor model very cheap. It works fine, and I cannot live without ice and water through the door, so that's perfect. My last fridge had 2 freezer drawers, and I like this one big one better. There does seem to be some dead space to the rear of the refrigerator, but overall I am happy with it.

The fridge itself is a great fridge, does what it's supposed to do. My issue is with the storage on the doors and the shelf-spacing. It doesn't really seem to facilitate effective spacing for taller stuff, so as a result, a lot of our bottled beverages (almond milk, Apple juice) are laying on their sides on the shelfs in the fridge space. What I have 100% loved so far is the way the freezer space is dedicated. It's amazing!

Best fridge. Built with quality in mind. All drawers, sliders, etc. are so smooth unlike other brands. The features to help organize are great. Finally, the ice maker doesn’t take up half of your fridge space like most others.

I recently got this refrigerator, and I'm really pleased with it! The interior space is pretty nice, offering plenty of room for all my groceries without feeling cramped. It's also got a good counter-depth size, which fits perfectly in my kitchen without sticking out too much. Overall, it's a great combination of functionality and style. Look for ross handle bar .....

I've heard complaints about Noise from others, not inmy case. Very Roomy, easy to use. Great Lighting. Shipping method a bit sloppy for glass shelves. One Shattered on Installation as it was shipped upside down. Still waiting on replacement

Love the design and functionality of this model. It needs a bit of an adjustment because the inside drawers lean open, so you have to make sure to close the drawers and doors firmly, but it's easy enough to do. Would have loved a wine rack as our older model had, but we bought something to slide inside that works just fine.

We looked high and low before buying this fridge, because we deeply regretted our old one (Samsung.). Maybe you have to hate your fridge for years to appreciate this one as much as we do. It looks great, is easy to clean, holds so much, is well lit and actually delivers ice, not just sad moaning sounds. It’s a great fridge in all respects.

We find this to be a very nice looking and very functional unit it’s very well laid out inside lighting is very very good icemaker works well the water and ice dispenser very nicely it’s quiet we don’t hear it running unless we listen for it the controls that are available are excellent and easy to get to!

We got a great deal on a fridge with minor cosmetic blemish but works great up to this point. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. This was the last piece to our matching appliance set. Our previous kitchen aid fridge worked great for 15 + years so we have high expectations for this fridge. So far it looks great! The delivery team was great! They provided outstanding service including removing and replacing front door to get item in place! They were friendly and helpful.

I bought this when remodeling my kitchen, to replace an old Whirlpool side by side. The nicest part that makes it stand out from other French Door refrigerators is that it has nice large vegetable drawers, big enough to hold whatever groceries I buy. I rejected a lot of other French Door refrigerators because the drawers weren't deep enough to hold a large head of cabbage. The freezer compartment is also nicer than other brands. The main drawer has solid sides which retain the cold when opened and hold small packages securely, whereas some other French Drawer refrigerators have merely a wire frame freezer drawer. There's also a compartment in the main freezer drawer for large items like pizza boxes, and an inner drawer with a special compartment for small items. Finally, the icemaker is built into the door, which means it doesn't take away space from the refrigerator shelves, and the icemaker has a large ice bin so I never run out of ice.

I have been using this refrigerator for a little over one month and it works as advertised. The only problem is the three inside drawers of the refrigerator portion of the unit do not stay closed. I noticed this problem in the display model as well and I thought it was just a problem with the display unit but it is also a problem with the delivered unit. The drawers will close but they come back open an inch or two depending on which drawer is used.

The refrigerator has a dent in the side of the unit but we can’t wait for another unit. The refrigerator is a very nice size and looks good. Evan, Mica and Errol were very very good with the delivery and instillation. The dishwasher goes in tomorrow. Sean at Best Buy in Clarksville IN. was very good to deal with.

Replaced my Kenmore elite refrigerator with a known defective compressor that was know to fail after two years. I love his new Kitchen best refrigerator. I had a Samsung in 2013 that lasted 7 years. I am hoping this Kitchen aid will last at least 10 years. The ice dispensary is really good. The stainless steel is much easier to clean. I have all kitchen aid appliances and everything matches. Plenty of storage and I don't mind the full size. I stayed away from LG and Samsung. They have to many things that can fail in a few years like those LCD displays and unnecessary extra doors.

They were supposed to level the doors but they are still slightly off. I waited a long time for it even though it was in the store the day I bought it.

The ice maker hasn't worked since buying it. Though I have to say that it was an open box. That may or may not have something to do with it not working. As for the rest of the refrigerator, it works great and I would purchase it again in a heartbeat. I just need to get someone out to fix mine.

The design of the ice and water dispenser need some design improvement. Ice falls on the ground if you don’t hold your container tilted. Same with the water dispenser, glass needs to be held tilted. Other than this flaw, I love this refrigerator. Sleek, elegant, and efficient.
