We had an LG fridge prior to this one. It was TOO noisy. This fridge is so quiet! Spacious, freezer has organized compartments, which help keep it organized. Love this refrigerator!

Worth the premium you pay. Excellent interior lighting, roomy, organized. Exterior holds up very well, low maintenance.

I am THRILLED with our new KitchenAid refrigerator! TBH, we had the same model in the counter depth size for a little over a year and we ended up having problems with it. So much so, that it required an exchange (we had the extended warranty) as COVID issues made its replacement parts difficult to get expeditiously. I ended up exchanging it for the regular depth model as the counter depth was not available. Long story short— I am SO happy with the regular depth model! The functionality of the refrigerator and freezer seem that much better, with just that little extra room. I didn’t realize that the counter depth fridge and freezer we had to exchange (and the old GE counter depth one that came with the house and had died two years prior) had bugged me as much as it did. In hindsight, the counter depth unit was just not as functional. The freezer in this new regular depth model is so much more user friendly as are the drawers and shelves of the fridge. I am super happy!

Beautiful and spacious fridge. Very easy to keep clean. The stainless steel match my other appliances that are GE CAFE and look so good in our white kitchen. Delivery was efficient and thorough. Overall im very happy with the whole buying process.

Overall the Best Buy staff was awesome to work with! Due to the pandemic we had to order our fridge, but it was available for free delivery within a week. The fridge itself was just what we were looking for. The fridge offers a lot of space by having the ice maker inside the door of the fridge. I only wish that the kitchenaid brand had a larger than 27 cu. ft fridge as our last one was 30 cu. ft. We still love this product and this brand

Love this refrigerator!!! My favorite things about are that my tall water bottles fit in the water dispenser standing up, the measured fill option is super cool, and then the freezer drawer is more rectangular than others I’ve had in the past, so it fits a ton more!

Delivery went great. Guys were very efficient and friendly. Refrigerator is very roomy and has nice feature of moving shelves. Door shelves are roomy and numerous. Freezer has efficient frozen pizza storage in door and allows for lots of food with shelf that hides away and rolls out. Great looking product in sleek metallic.

So far so good. Came with dent in the freezer door. Originally delivered in July and freezer door replaced Sep 23. Like features and quantity of ice it makes, but the ice maker makes odd noises. Left door doesn’t always go completely shut and must take care to be certain it closes completely. Looks great.

We have had the unit less than a week so can’t really predict what the future may hold. It is a nice looking frig although I would have preferred it in black stainless which would not have been available for about a month. The cold water is not very cold compared to our previous LG. No temperature control for water. Also, the ice maker produces much less ice than our old unit because it isn’t built into the door. Conversely you have more shelf space for the same reason. Time will tell.

The only thing I don't like about this fridge is you really need to make sure the freezer door is shut all the way. If it's not the alarm does not trigger and the top drawer of the freezer gets defrosted overnight and the ice maker freezes over. I'm lucky I have a husband that can fix anything.

I opted for the three door instead of the 5. Glad I did as I feel I would have forgotten to use them or let things stay too long. I like the look of it. It is quite large in capacity and easy to see all items in the fridge. I wish it was flat front, not rounded. They don’t make it in the more commercial flat front anymore.

I love the print shield b/c it truly helps with fingerprints showing up all over and I love the look of the fridge. However i already have had issues with my ice maker. The ice bin freezes to the base and I literally have to chip the ice away. I called the warranty service and they “fixed” it only for the same issue to happen. Also the interior drawer opens when you open the doors. We can’t get it to stay closed. And I’m not a fan of the ability to re-configure the interior shelves. They are not user friendly...along with the ice and water dispenser. If you have a tall water bottle it’s a struggle to not get water and ice all over the floor. They definitely need to update this model of their fridge with some of their competitors

Really happy with the refrigerator thus far. Gets dirty kinda easy on the inside but great space and great set-up

Love it! The lighting is perfect. Door shelves are perfect. Adjustable shelves are easy to move. Temperature comes preset. Water filter easy to install and change. Couldn’t be happier!!!

We didn’t pick this fridge to begin with but after our initial pick didn’t fit , we opted for this one. When it was installed we ended up loving it as it has turned out to be a great fridge and easy to use and lots is space

Love my new refrigerator love the drawers love the different shelves very self efficient. The freezer is very huge holes. A lot of stuff fits in the right space

I love the look and functionality of this fridge; however, it makes quite a bit of noise when opened and close and I've had problems with ice production.

This is a nice big fridge with all the bells and whistles. All the shelves are spillproof and there’s lots of space in the doors for drinks and condiments. They’re deep shelves on the doors. There’s also a nice space for pizza in the door of the freezer.

We recently had a house built and the KitchenAid appliances were the designer upgrade option that we selected. So we have the dishwasher, cooktop, microwave and double oven. We are very happy with these units and decided to replace our 5 year old Samsung Refrigerator when it began to have problems. We are very happy with the unit except that it is sometimes a bit noisy during certain processes.
