The KitchenAid - 2 speed Food Processor chops cheese, chocolate, and vegetables in seconds. You can control the speed, pulse, and length of time to chop or puree on the handle. This processor is excellent for small every day applications.

Quality, color, size and speed. This mid-sized chopper is pretty versatile! I have a full size 11 cup for bigger jobs, and a mini 1.5 cup chopper for nuts or spices. But this size is in use more often for me. I make a good pesto as well as a 4 person salsa. So simple, easy and quick clean up by hand, or top shelf of the dishwasher. It can be tricky aligning the lid to the handle in order for it to turn on, but getting used to after a few uses. It's solid-weight base frees up both hands to use as need for prep work during operation.
I like this little guy, and you will too I'm sure. Good BB price, as well on sale especially.

Purchased this to make "chop" (a chopped mix of veggies, fruits and nuts for my pet parrots). This chopper was a perfect choice. Powerful, easy to clean, well made.

It was slightly tricky to open the top lid in the beginning as it was tight and the instructions not very clear! It is also a cheap, low quality plastic :(.
I like this chopper better than my Ninja! The chop option is my favorite! The coarse size is something that l was looking for when l purchase this and l’m super happy with the job it does- it won’t grind the onions like Ninja does! Fast, sharp and does the job nicely.
Overall is a good product, excrpt for the lid!

I was excited to get this after using the Cuisinart mini prep for a number of years. The issue with the Cuisinart is that the plastic parts kept breaking. I replaced the bowl and lid once, then replaced the blade twice. Now the blade has another crack. So I was glad to move on to another brand. However I'm worried that the lid on the KitchenAid seems like it's made of really flimsy plastic. The latch that triggers the motor seems too delicate. On the upside, I like the functionality of pressing down on the lid to make it run. That's a nice enhancement.

This little treasure was perfect for my needs, very handy, great brand! It’s not too noisy which is great and is easy to pop off and clean! I love that the cord wrapped around the base which made it easier to store as well! I’m glad I bought this item, I may purchase a larger one in the future but for a 1-2 person household this was great!

My wife bought this recently and is very happy with it. I've used it once to help chop onions and it's basically done as soon as you start. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently it chops (I haven't tried puree yet). While the machine is a lot quieter than I expected, it goes so quickly it wouldn't really matter anyways. Fairly easy to clean out as well.

Perfect size for small jobs, but does come in a larger version. Love the exclusive Best Buy Ink Blue color. Perfect match to my other Kitchenaid small appliances. This is easy to operate and clean up a breeze. Simple operation, not a lot of fancy controls. If you need a small chopper, this one is perfect.

I love Kitchenaid products and have a large food processor and this small one. This one is great! It’s small enough to use everyday with not much effort to clean it. I chop vegetables and also use it as a food processor for small portions. It’s perfect all the way around!

Such a powerhouse in this little machine. I had a Black and Decker chopper that I replaced with this and there’s no comparison on the quality of this chopper. Fast, powerful and efficient. You can’t go wrong with any Kitchen aid appliances!

Well, so far (I’ve been using it 3-4 times a day for the past 1 1/2 months) this blender/food processor has been amazing! My child is on a blended food diet and it does the job very well (great for baby food). I blend smoothies and soups with it and contrary to what some have said, no liquid splashes out of the spout on top. My child can also easily help by pressing the top to make it blend and it’s not super loud. Please be advised though that the blade is sharp, so be careful when washing it. Do not let children handle that part. I’m super happy with this purchase and hope it last a long time. I have a Kitchen Aid immersion blender that still works after 6 years, but thought I could use this to alternate. Hope this helps others looking for a good blender. Oh…and this makes great salsa as well.

I got this unit so I didn't have to pull out my 11 cup processor. This works great for everyday stuff. I even made a single pie dough and it was perfect. Easy to use and clean and does not take up much space. First color choice was out but the blue is nice.

I love the size of this and easy of use. Parts are well made and easy to assemble once you've figured out how to do it. The first time it took about 5 minutes to take it apart and reassemble it, partly because initially they didn't turn easily and the instructions are not helpful. Make sure you practice ahead of time with an empty bowl! It got much easier once it was washed. Grating parmesan was super fast on chop, and it did a great job on a garlic/ginger puree (always cut pieces up small first). The push-button handle makes pulsing a cinch. This replaces an old Cuisinart DLC-1 which is slightly smaller. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased as a gift for my granddaughter for Xmas. This size was perfect because she has limited space in the kitchen. It also serves multi purposes. It is easy to clean and looks nice setting out on the counter. She has used it several times now and is very happy.
