The push-down function to operate is very easy. Just use your thumb to push down on the handle.

I have a large one too. But I love this one the most and use it often. If you don't want a small & large mini food processor this is the one to buy.

It chops things down into smaller pieces fast. It takes time off my food prepping and makes it easier to cook. I have absolutely no com-paints. It does the job perfectly.
