I think it works great. You do have to have the top and bottom twisted on correctly for it to work properly. I at first didn't have it in place correctly and it wouldn't work, where I thought it was broken. Chops up stuff perfectly for my salsa and smoothie. I throw in jalapeños, tomatoes, spinach, Frozen Mango and it all chops up well and then blends. I chop up Garbanzo beans and my Hummus comes out perfect. I drizzle in the oil on top. Can't see how this has so many negative reviews, unless like I said, people failed to have the top on correctly and the bottom twisted on as the directions say.

Love it. Easy to use and it does a fine job chopping pecans. So far that's all I done with it.

I have problem with this item because missing the blade.

Buy a good one This is cheap, hard to use and a waste Vitamix

I’ve had this product for years. It’s a decent size if you just want to chop up a few vegetables here and there. The only thing I didn’t like was the food would stick to the side of the processor and it makes it hard to continue chopping. If you’re not trying to do a whole lot this is good.

It's a very useful chopper u can even put meat inside to mince easily to wash the dishwasher safe and best price

Helps me to prep food for cooking. I dont have to worry about cutting food up

This gets the job done, but it takes some time to get used to the amount of food you can put in the unit.

This is great for very small projects. I mean small to. It blends great.

It only worked once. First use was fine but second time it won’t even turn on. It seems thar the problem is in the switch on the lid.

The first one didn’t work I turned it pressed it nothing kept trying then they sent me a second one same thing didn’t work kept trying everything it’s junk the engineer in stinks you can’t even turn the top lid properly do not buy try the Hamilton Beach one I have that it worked right away

It doesn’t work I did everything properly tighten the lid push the button as hard as I could change the outlets did everything the piece of garbage doesn’t work KitchenAid is a crap company they don’t stand behind their products don’t buy

Bought this thing two months ago and finally got a chance to use it and i plugged it in and the thing didn't work i was so mad off i chucked into the garbage
