We highly recommend this bundle. We had a KitchenAid mixer for at least 30 years but never purchased any attachments. Recently my wife began watching the Pasta Granny videos and starting making some pasta by hand, which she enjoyed. Then we got this attachment and she went bonkers with excitement. It works incredibly well for making the dough sheets and cutting them into ribbons. If you like fresh pasta, this is an essential tool. The grating attachments in the bundle also work well--she made hash browns, and it was fast and easy, with minimal cleanup.

Previously had just the roller, adding the slicers (2 sizes, spaghetti and fettuccine) makes everything look very professional. Used it the first time for a dinner party and the foodie guests claimed it was the best pasta they'd ever eaten. Only downside is that it is a bit challenging to clean, so be sure not to use dough that is too wet.

Great deal not only for the past cutter, but also the fresh prep bundle. All of these attachments for Kitchen Aid are easy to use, powerful and great quality. My only complaint is ease of cleaning some of the pasta attachments, but they are dishwasher friendly, so.....as long as you dont let the dough dry onto the attachment, it washes perfectly.

I love making pasta and had an old crank machine from Italy. I've now eaten more hand made pasta in the last 7 months than I have in the past 5 years. It makes it so easy and quick. My 11 year old can use it alone which says how easy it really is. It's nice that I can use the stand mixer as it usually only comes out for big things and this makes it perfect. if you like making/eating homemade pasta, this is really the way to go. PLUS, it was on sale so I really couldn't pass it up.

This is one of the best time saving kitchen gadgets that I have bought in awhile. I use it from everything from rolling and cutting pasta dough to making dough ribbons for Italian Christmas cake. I have the commercial mixer and the power these two have together turn a time consuming chore into a kitchen novelty that makes you want to make fresh pasta. You cannot compare the taste of fresh pasta to box pasta. You can make extra and freeze it but there never seems to be any let to freeze.

Easy to use and set up. I like the past cutters better than the fresh prep attachment. Good value.

I bought this product when it became a deal of the day, so I saved close to $100 which is a phenomenal deal, no where can you find this pasta maker (3 attachments, the mixer is not included) way for less than $150, it goes for at least $199 everywhere. This is easy is hook up and really easy to use. The girlfriend loves to use this and the pasta is way better than anything you get at the supermarket.

Easy to use, heavy duty, a little bit of work to clean, but a great investment, especially when on sale.

Got the combo pack. First, the pasta attachments. These things are all metal and they are HEAVY! They are not cheaply made. Turns your KitchenAid mixer into a pretty robust pasta maker. Second, the shredder/slicer rollers. I will never use a regular cheese grater ever again LOL this thing is actually life changing. Totally worth the buy.

Makes making pasta easy great addition to the blender . We are making homemade sauce and meatballs every other week and having fun.

This is 100% worthwhile to purchase in lieu of the chinese knockoffs sold on Amazon. I like so many, purchased one on Amazon for cheap, and was extremely disappointed. After 2 uses, I scrapped it, and spent the money on this good one. There is no comparison and this one is built to last. Easy to Use, Easy to Clean, does a perfect job, and will last for a very long time.

I was pleased at how easy this was to use. The pasta roller and cutters made it simple to make pasta by myself. I would recommend getting a drying rack to keep the pasta from sticking together. For years I have had difficulty grating hard cheeses. Everything I tried was difficult to use. The grating attachment was fabulous. No sore hands, no leftover pieces of cheese that weren't grated.

It's a perfect combination and the best attachments for a KitchenAid mixer.. I have been making so much homemade pasta with this attachment, it's the best ever.. its so easy to make pasta with it and taste so good.. the only problem I have with it is, it's a little harder to clean it. Its recommend not to use water to clean it, so it accumulates dough around the corner and hard to reach it and clean it. Else it's the best ever

I can't believe what a difference this made because I had a manual pasta cutter previously but it tastes like an Italian restaurant. I made a yummy sour dough pasta recipe that I found online and it was amazing! It was very easy. Plus it comes with the veggie shredder attachments which I am really looking forward to using and shredding zucchini and carrots into the noodles to cut the calories.

This accessory is fantastic. The fresh prep is easy to use and easy to clean. the storage box is fantastic. The pasta rollers work as expected and are easy to set up. Overall I found this of great value when it was on sale and am glad I finally decided to purchase it. My KitchenAid has become an even more integral part of my kitchen.

First time making pasta fresh. I never anticipated how easy it was. Followed the instructions and recipes/tips online resulted in fresh spaghetti, fettuccini and ravioli in the first week of owning this attachment. Now I need to find some semolina to try out different textures of the noodles. And to make some fresh lasagna, manicotti, pierogies, whatever else I can come up with.

This is an excellent value and a wonderful addition to the Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer. I've started making homemade pasta, and it turns out wonderfully with this machine. I've started grating more vegetables and cheese at home, and dishes taste excellent!

I will never buy pasta again. It's easy to clean, heavy duty so it's amazing and not cheaply made. My family loves having homemade pasta. I'll never go back to box pasta.

I’ll have to say I was a little skeptical at first on how the noodles would turn out. My wife and I mixed up the dough with the KitchenAid mixer then made a batch of fresh spaghetti for our evening meal and they turned out better than store bought noodles. I even tested out the fettuccini maker and those were great as well.

The pasta roller does a good job of preparing the dough but requires trial and error to adjust the thickness control. Afterward the pasta cutters work as expected. The fresh prep attachment works well but a mandoline is faster unless you are cutting a large amount of veggies. Overall the quality of the units is up to expected KitchenAid standards.
