I love the pasta cutter. It is great to be able to make fresh pasta -- so much better anything prepackaged. It's easy to use and fun.

I purchased this months ago, because it was on sale. But for months I've been staring at this new box in my cupboard (never opened) because I was still intimidated on making my own pasta and never even attempted pasta making before. This day finally came thanks to boredom and this virus pandemic. The instructions are pretty simple and straightforward. Dough gets some practice making. The machine is awesome. It really is this easy to make my own fresh, delicious pasta. Why did I wait so long. I gave my machine (and cutter) a tiny flour filled hug.

The attachments are made from heavy metal and seem to be of really good quality. They are easy to use and are actually fun to use.

I bought this item with the intention of making pasta. This would be my first time. These attachments were very easy to use and worked amazing. I would recommend these.

Only used the pasta maker so far. Works great and tastes so much better than bought. Lots of fun to make with friends too.

I received the KitchenAid mixer 2 years ago for Christmas. I love it. I can do so much with it. This year, my husband bought me this attachment. (I already own the fresh prep attachment-I will be sending the new one to my daughter. I like this attachment but don't use it much.) OK, so I looked up a recipe to make pasta and mixed that up with the kitchenAid. It turned out perfect. Then I did as instructed and let it rest and cut it in 4 pieces. I rolled out the dough so that is was flat but thicker. I ran it through on 1 several times, folding it each time. It was cool. THEN I started running it through on 2 the 3 and I was having so much fun! Perfect lasagna strips! Once I did that I cut the dough to the length I wanted and ran it through the fettuccini cutter! Flawless! I hung it over the side of the metal bowl while I did the rest of the pasta. Cooked.... OMG I don't think I will ever buy pasta again! I LOVE the texture and flavor! And I can go thinner or thicker, depending on what I want. If you enjoy pasta and have a KitchenAid, grab one of these as soon as you can! I love it.... and cleanup was a breeze!

Absolutely love this product. I wish we bought this earlier. It's so easy to make fresh pasta. I dont think we'll ever go back to buying store bought noodles again.

Used the Pasta Attachment and Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder Attachment for the first time today. The KitchenAid Pasta attachment made making fresh pasta a breeze. I suspect I will be making more fresh pasta now that I this attachment. Much easier to use than the hand crank pasta machine I used to use. The Fresh Prep attachment made shredding carrots and slicing onions as easy as could be. I wasn't planning to purchase the Fresh Prep attachment but it came in this bundle. I'm now very glad I have it.

I love the pasta attachment for the KitchenAid. It takes a little practice, but once your dough is good and your technique perfected, the pasta is wonderful!

Easy way to roll out pasta sheets quickly. Highly recommended if you have a KitchenAid and like to make your own pasta

It works great with the mixer. Very easy to use. Just be sure to read instructions on cleaning. Fresh homemade pasta is wonderful. Simple to use and clean.
