DON'T BUY HERE, DON'T PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY! Here's what happened with a dishwasher I purchased: BEST BUY….BLACK FRIDAY, BLACK MOLD….BEWARE!!! I have been purchasing appliances from Best Buy for years; all is GREAT until something goes WRONG! Then Best Buy and their insurance companies deny, divert, and disappear! The last appliances I purchased from Best Buy included a dishwasher with delivery and installation. It was installed incorrectly or it was defective to begin with. The drain line ruptured and cause black mold and mildew issues; damaging the new flooring and cabinets in a new custom built home. Best Buy diverted the claim to contracted installer, CRST. CRST first denied the claim stating they did not install. After proving that they installed, CRST denied the claim saying a rodent caused the rupture. After proving that a rodent did not cause the rupture, CRST agreed and forwarded the claim their 3rd party installer (Subsonic Deliveries And Installations LLC ) and Subsonic’s insurance company Sutton Specialty Insurance Company and/or Golden State Claims Adjusters. It has become a spiders web to know which insurance company is responsible. Golden State Claims Adjusters states they didn’t provide coverage and Sutton Specialty is stating Golden State did provide coverage. All I know, is I purchased the Dishwasher from Best Buy, with delivery and installation; and their contractors installed it incorrectly! I now have a BLACK MOLD AND MILDEW PROBLEM that cost over $26,000 to repair. I To date, Golden State has denied the claim due to no coverage, CRST has switch horses and has denied the claim AND has confirmed that they may have sent the claim to the incorrect insurance company and will forward the claim to the correct insurance company though CRST has denied it….which makes no sense. And Sutton Specialty Insurance has disappeared from contact though the Washington State Labor and Industries website lists them as the insurance company, and BEST BUY has disappeared from taking responsibility. So, if you want to buy appliances this BLACK FRIDAY or sooner, or later….DON’T purchase them from Best Buy with delivery and installation, you may think you are saving $$$ but it could likely cost you $26,000 or more in damages. Not to mention the irritation of writing a review like this, dealing with BEST BUY management, dealing with Insurance companies and insurance adjusters.

I love them. For seven years after buying our house, I had double ovens 13 years old when moved in. They did not have even heat and I couldn’t bake goodies.

We were able to purchase these ovens at the very lowest price. Installation and delivery were on time. Great service.

Arrived on time(unlike most other stores) and local installer did a great job. It all went smooth! Still learning all the new features but so far it’s a great oven and just in time for the holidays.

Delivered and installed oven with broken glass. The bottom ovens glass was completely shattered and the installation professional told me he thought it was supposed to look that way. Exchanged the item, waited another week for delivery and installation. When they arrived the guy couldn’t install it because he wasn’t a part of the install team. Ticket was wrong. Still waiting on an oven to be delivered and installed and it is almost 4 weeks since purchase. First appliance purchase at Best Buy, needless to say I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend spending $4,000.00 with this company.

I’m building a house so this oven has been in its box for a couple of weeks. I just opened the box for install and noticed 2 spots where the enamel is messed up where the door attaches to the clips. I am now trying to get a new door to replace the bottom door only. We’ll see if my star rating goes up. I haven’t used it yet. I’m familiar with this oven. Very unhappy with my first impression.

This item has not worked since it was installed. When it is supposed to be at 350, it is 60 degrees lower.

The oven is sticking out and leaning forward. It is unacceptable.

We needed to replace our 18 year old oven and after a lot of research we decided on this KitchenAid oven. We are very happy with it so far and it looks beautiful in our kitchen. It comes with a gliding/roll out rack in each oven which is nice for large roasting pans. The heating element is hidden which makes it so much easier to clean. This oven also has the convection conversion feature that converts a standard thermal bake cook time and temperature into an ideal cook time and temperature for convection cooking. The only con that I have is that it takes a lot longer to preheat than my old oven

This KitchenAid double oven is easy to use and packed with features. It’s a true convection and has a huge amount of cooking space. It also has that cool blue enamel interior.

Have used for baking cookies to chicken, salmon and meatloaf. Temps seem correct and food turned out as expected. Love the looks of the wall oven and love the easy slide out shelves. Timer could be louder.

I'm trying to understand how over 500 reviews on this product is still showing it as a good product. This is a horrible wall oven. I have spent a lot of time looking and reading reviews from others and honestly should be seeing just a one star for this product. We purchased ours about a year ago and quite honestly it's hit or miss anytime we use it. Regardless of the top or bottom oven. Forget using both ovens at the same time because it will not happen. Anytime the least amount of steam gets up into the control panel, the oven shuts off. I have been so embarrassed several times when guests are around and trying to cook meals and the oven just shuts off on you. As somebody mentioned it's a terrible design flaw to have a big opening to the circuit board right where the steam comes out off. Almost like the appliance was designed to fail. Over $3,000 for this piece of garbage and I can't even cook with it. First time I purchased KitchenAid and Definitely not ever going to buy another or recommend it to anyone. Sad part is, I had seen one in somebody's house and it looked beautiful. I should have read more about it before buying it. I'm sure I'll be told to replace the circuit board on my own dime. Just terrible terrible terrible

Just got installed today by the great Best Buy installers. Looks beautiful in my new, updated kitchen.
