Not only does this wall oven look great but it performs just as well! The easy slide rack is nice for roasts or heavier dishes. The convection is easy to use and the functionality in general is perfect!

Easy to program, preheats quickly, and middle racks extend out all the way. Bought it on a flash sale- great value.

Does take a while to pre heat as previous comments said. You can adjust the volume for the timer which is nice. Haven't used the convection part very much yet. Beautiful oven!

The convection oven cooks so evenly, I have been baking a lot more lately. I love the sliding racks for heavier items. It's great to have an oven that works so well again. Everything comes out perfect. And the installers did a great job.

very quiet in heating and cooling. slide out racks work well and prevent rack tilt when out. door window glass remains cool during use and blue interior provides nice appeal when doors are open. the only problem is, when in use, there is nothing on the display indicating which oven is which

Awesome size inside both ovens, can't fit XL pans, etc. Cooks evenly, lots of features, easy to use. Chose this over the Thermador for the interior size

This oven is very nice. It replaces a Dacor double convection, and I have to say I am very pleased. It took a few heatings to get rid of the new oven fumes, but the ovens cook very evenly with few to no "hot spots". Items brown evenly and the doors have large windows to see inside, a nice feature. I love the direct input panel for temperature and timer and the doors open easily. Like the slide out shelves on the bottom of each oven and the hidden element on the bottom. A great purchase that fit my previous opening perfectly!

We purchased this oven from Best Buy about a year ago and we couldn't be happier. Not only does it look awesome it's easy to use and clean.

Oven has been fantastic so far. Only negative is that for some reason the bolted in rack that slides out was placed at the top of both ovens, rendering it useless and also minimizing the useful square feet of the ovens. I am having Best Buy come back to see if they can fix (I am assuming they can). Operates relatively silently and quick to preheat. One thing that is both a positive and a negative is that it takes a while to cool off after you turn it off, but that is probably because the insulation of it is so good.

Double oven is very attractive and adds professional look to my kitchen. Cooks and bakes within acceptable tolerances. Movable racks on slides are a plus. Reliable and I use it several times a day.

This oven looks good but it is missing some of the features of other ovens in the same proce range and has a rather dated (classic) design. We have also had some trouble with innacurate templates that have been as far as 30 degrees off. KitchenAid has sent out techbicians who improved the temperature accuracy, but it is still off.

This is a great product with enough racks and, large interior. It has a clear/ easy to read panel. It cooks food perfectly and looks nice both inside and out. I love the handles too along with the black stainless exterior.

For the price, a great double-oven (vs. similar ovens from Viking and JennAir). It is just really slow to pre-heat. Our 14 year-old oven we replaced, would pre-heat to 425 in 12-15 minutes, which we thought was long...this one, takes almost 30 minutes. We love everything else about it, but if you want it to 'fire-up' fast, this is something you should know about it.

I love the double ovens. I would say they thought of everything, but there is only one timer. My old double oven had timer 1 and timer 2 so you could have one for each oven. Also, if you happen to touch the timer sensor more than once and think you are setting a time, you may be changing the temperature of your oven. I think the timer could be better - but other than that the ovens are great.

Just got it. Its seems easy to use if you had Kitchen Aid before. Very attractive, and I love the blue interior! Shelves slide very welll.

High end double oven with a great look. Has the red accents on the bars but you can also change for black or silver.
