Beautiful unit. Fit is perfect. Cooking is so easy.

Beautiful oven, wish it worked. Used the oven once then the display board went bad. They tell me that one MAY be available in September. So I ordered it in December, didn’t get it till March, and will not be able to use it till September. Love Best Buy. Not impressed with Kitchen Aid so far. I give it one star ONLY because I can’t select zero stars.

We've had this unit for a couple of years and have also had the F1E0 error multiple times now. Repair recommendations say you need turn off the oven via the breaker, but that does not fix the issue. From our observations, the control panel which houses the motherboard, doesn't have good enough insulation and when you use the top unit, steam and other baking gases/air, enters the control panel and glitches the electronics. It's a pain to replace, and about $550 for a new control panel. We've successfully replaced it once but it was a hassle since we had remove a custom cabinetry frame since this is a built in unit. We exclusively used the bottom unit without an issues until my mother-in-law came over to watch our kids for a couple of days and she used the top oven and created the issue again.

A great oven, beautiful, practical and easy to use, awesome temp probe that enabled us to cook the perfect thanksgiving turkey as easy as pie!! So much space that makes cooking easy, even for a huge holiday meal!!! It is beautiful stainless on the outside and gorgeous cobalt blue on the inside! I would highly recommend this oven!!

Excellent double oven. This double oven is very easy to use. It is very big and has excellent features.

Love the look of this so much that I had to write a review without even using it yet. So happy to have it in my kitchen which just makes the whole place look so much more expensive. I'm sure its gonna work great too.

Little adjustment needed for fit in standard cabinet. Looks very high end. Have only used top (convection) oven. Cooks like an oven! No complaints

super ez to work, the slide out shelves are outstsnding lets you know that when its cooling down.

Looks great! So far very easy to use. Upper oven/ convection oven noise needs a little getting use to .

This double wall oven looks great, is well built. It is a great for baking and cooking prime rib.

Overall great purchase. This oven did smell badly like chemicals the first days of use after installation- but after we googled it, apparently this is a common problem with new ovens and we were supposed to wash out the inside before using it :/ That smell did go away however, and it seems to cook everything as desired (we don't cook that much). It looks very sleek and fancy.

First we had to try the top and bottom ovens at once just cause we could. Now we mainly used the bottom oven for our oldest daughter with celiac disease. This has been a great addition for our family. We use the top for all of our baking and things when she is not home. Love the convection.
