And it heats up so quickly! But heed the advice in the booklet -- clean any spills immediately as it makes it much easier ... and I've also purchased the cleaning product that KitchenAid recommends.

Don’t be afraid to use razor blade on surface....it’s the only way you will get it clean and it won’t damage a thing !! Trust me :)). Nice, strong ventilation fan.

It matches the oven and microwave combination ovens that should be coming any day now. I have had Kitchenaid appliances for many years in other homes and found that they last a long time, are easy to clean and make cooking easier and lots more enjoyable.

Hard to clean if something boil or fell on it. Very disappointed with this purchase and want to return it. The installation service was also poor.

They guys who installed it were excellent. - Total Tech. My only wish is that the burner plate with the 2 options were on the front row. I'll get used to it.

These “licensed installers” were a complete joke. We had to have a real electrician come after they were here to do the install correctly.

My old cooktop had coil burners, so I am not used to my cookware moving when I stir something. I really love the exhaust in this cooktop!
