Not very clean look at all.

The surface scratches VERY easily even with just a modern frying pan. I would recommend this stove based on one’s finances. We were limited on the size of the unit. Stove being used in a casita.

Best Buy is replacing but no timeframe provided. The so called dedicated concierge line is useless and provides very little information. Each time you call you have to repeat your story. No one takes notes. Also, initial measurements provided to me from Best Buy weren’t correct either. I had to pay $500 extra dollars to the delivery/installation contractor to make additional cuts so the stove top would fit correctly. Paying extra to be a total tech member isn’t worth it, based on my experience!
