Terrible oven. I have had at least 7 repair guys out because the oven can’t keep temperature. It will say the temp is at 400, but my thermometer shows 350-380, I shut the oven off for 2 seconds and re enter the heat temp and it shows it is somewhere between 350-380, not 400 even though it beeped that the preheat is complete and I never opened the door.
The repair people have tried replacing probe, control board, hinges, you name it, they tried.
I called kitchenaid and asked if we can just get a replacement because I’m hoping it is just a lemon, but they said I need to buy up on my warranty to get a replacement, even though the oven is maybe 3 months old. So they would rather send out unlimited amounts of repair men before replacing it.
I have had kitchenaid appliances in the past and they have been great, this one is a waste and I am tired of wasting food because the cooking is messed up for it.
Terrible experience and I 100% do not recommend this oven.
