The microwave and the oven are both terrific. Very easy to use and the results are perfect, So pleased we purchased. So glad Michael suggested Kichenaid. The best retail company we have dealt with in years and the installers are very careful, efficient, and know what they are doing. Could not be happier with the selection, ordering, and delivery from Pacific Sales and Best Buy.

The oven is very efficient, i tested it by making bread and it was able to proof the dough at 100 degrees, and come up to baking temperature very quickly. I also love the pull out rack makes it ergonomic

This double wall combo unit is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. The convection oven cooks evenly, and the microwave's air fry mode is perfect for making healthy, crispy meals. The stainless steel finish looks modern and fits well with any style. I’m so happy I got such a great appliance at an amazing price from Best Buy!

Stove and microwave still working unlike previous unit. The installers were very bad. They dragged the unit across the floor. Did not know what they were doing. Did not let us take rack from old unit even though it was being scrapped. VERY UNHAPPY about the whole experience.

This microwave/oven has been updated, and it's significantly improved over the previous version. The new air frier feature is great!!

I have a big family and an extra wall oven has been a plus. My old one wore out and so it was time to replace. I worked with Jennifer at Best Buy Cascade. She is so organized and full of information. That is the reason we bought all new appliances at Best Buy!

Very nice oven. Looks good and so far works as expected. Control panel is modern and sharp looking.

Takes a very long time to heat up other than that it’s working well so far.

The unit itself is great. This review is more of a reflection of Best Buy. I ordered this as an open-box in excellent condition, which means that it was supposed to be like new with all parts. Long story short, it had scratches on it that I only saw after getting it home and it was missing the microwave coupling that spins the tray as well as the oven vent on the bottom. I tried calling Best Buy to see if they would price it down to an open box item in good or fair condition, but their reps said I needed to haul it back to the store first, which is understandable, but not really easy to do with a bulky item that weighs close to 150 pounds. You would think I'd be able to email some pictures to customer service to show the scratches. On top of all that, it took over an hour to pick up because when I got to the store, it was still installed in the display wall even though I got the notification that it was ready to pick up. Just poor service all around except for the two employees to went to the trouble of removing it from display and helping to load it in my car since they realized I drove over 45 minutes to pick it up.

So far, the oven/microwave combo is working well. Just wish manufacturers today would provide more instructions. For a $3000 purpose, a detailed paper manual would cost them a few cents to print. This combo has so many different features and it's really hard to figure out how to best utilize them based on the brief online manual.

Availability and fast install. No issues with packaging or handling which sounds trivial but we had damaged equipment before from the warehouses.

I’m very impressed. Looks great and easy to operate. Love the microwave and the ability to toast meat fast. Great Best Buy and KitchenAid support.

This unit does not meet the same level of quality as my other KitchenAid appliances. For starters, it doesn't have a manual that clearly tells you how to use it. But the unit also doesn't work and I can't get through to anyone to help; the oven doesn't reach the temperature it's set to (measured with a manual thermometer), and the microwave takes 10x longer than it should to heat something up. It doesn't get hot enough to make a bag of popcorn - even if I run it for 10 minutes the bag won't get hot enough to start popping. Really disappointed.

Very happy with my combo microwave/oven. Both have option to use as convection, which allows me bake in both at same time. Also the oven can be used as air fryer. The oven and microwave are both roomy.

The oven/microwave is awesome, it functions well, and since it has a air fry mode you don't need a buy a air fryer appliance

The functionality and options to cook make this a great replacement for my previous KitchenAid that performed well for 18-years. I wish I had replaced it sooner! The increased size and cooking options make this a fantastic purchase.

The product has been delivered and installed to my home twice and both times the oven door was defective that would not close properly. I would like to give this product a better review because it looks nice and has been recommended to me.
