The installers were very bad. They dragged the unit across the floor. Did not know what they were doing. Did not let us take rack from old unit even though it was being scrapped. VERY UNHAPPY about the whole experience.

My old one wore out and so it was time to replace. I worked with Jennifer at Best Buy Cascade. She is so organized and full of information. That is the reason we bought all new appliances at Best Buy!

Just wish manufacturers today would provide more instructions. For a $3000 purpose, a detailed paper manual would cost them a few cents to print. This combo has so many different features and it's really hard to figure out how to best utilize them based on the brief online manual.

Dysfunctional, no manual, no support

For starters, it doesn't have a manual that clearly tells you how to use it. But the unit also doesn't work and I can't get through to anyone to help; the oven doesn't reach the temperature it's set to (measured with a manual thermometer), and the microwave takes 10x longer than it should to heat something up. It doesn't get hot enough to make a bag of popcorn - even if I run it for 10 minutes the bag won't get hot enough to start popping. Really disappointed.

Versatile Oven/microwave Combo

Both have option to use as convection, which allows me bake in both at same time. Also the oven can be used as air fryer. The oven and microwave are both roomy.
