Very disappointed with this product, and Best Buy does not seem to care much about their customers because solution is unsatisfactory! Kitchen Aid and Best Buy FAIL!

I have only had them for 6 weeks, the real test will come over the Hollidays. In the meantime, I love how gorgeous they look, and the fact that they match my KitchenAid Refrigerator. I have had several KitchenAid appliances in my time and always been happy with them.

Within two years I spent $849 repairing a lower fan and a computer component and five months later replacing a relay board for $900+. Kitchenaid is NOT what it used to be. Look elsewhere.
