This new oven might hold the record how long it worked, being 30 seconds! Very disappointed with this product, and Best Buy does not seem to care much about their customers because solution is unsatisfactory! Kitchen Aid and Best Buy FAIL!

I am very Happy with my new KitchenAid double ovens.
I have only had them for 6 weeks, the real test will come over the Hollidays. In the meantime, I love how gorgeous they look, and the fact that they match my KitchenAid Refrigerator. I have had several KitchenAid appliances in my time and always been happy with them.

Do not purchase this oven without an extended warranty. Within two years I spent $849 repairing a lower fan and a computer component and five months later replacing a relay board for $900+. Kitchenaid is NOT what it used to be. Look elsewhere.
